Just stay away…
Came to Wilton to have the battery replaced on Iphone. It should have been no problem, or so I was told when I left it, and was told to come back in an hour, I duly came back to find they could not turn the phone on. I was informed that it was a motor board issue and not a battery issue and it happens with iphones. The phone kept sending the message that the battery needed to be replaced as it was more that 2 years old. They simply damaged the phone and it will not turn on. I now have to buy a new phone, I got neither an apology nor a replacement phone, just had to leave without a working phone.

Avoid trading in here- waste of time!
My friend was trading in his phone today and rang ahead and said the model phone he was trading in, the women gave him a estimated price and told him to drop it in for testing. We then went to Wilton, gave our details and left the phone in for testing. She told us to
Come back in 40 mins in which we did to ensure told that testing was fine but the manager won’t buy it as they have too
Many of them! WHY DIDNT YOU TELL YOU US THIS WHEN WE RANG INTIALLY? We wasted half our day travelling to wilton and waiting around for ye to test! Surely ye could ask your manager first before wasting your customers time?! They told us to go to CEX as they will take it and give a better price! I will never trade or buy anything from this shop again and wouldn’t recommend anyone to waste their time trading in items here! They can’t even do the basics!

Huawei p30 Pro Screen protector Replacement
Got my Huawei p30 Pro phone screen protector replaced here and it was very reasonable price and only took 1 hour. There is also a lifetime warranty on the screen protector which is very much needed!
