Very professional staff in the crescent limerick.

I purchased a phone in Pair in August. Since I got it, the camera has only worked intermittently. I brought it back a few times but the problem was not resolved. I brought it in before Christmas and was told to come back in January as there was no technician available. So I brought it back today and was told that it would not be fixed under warranty as there was a minute chip on the back - seriously, you would need a microscope to see it and it was probably done during one of the previous repair attempts. The phone has never fallen and had a protective case on it since I got it. I will not pay for a faulty phone to be repaired when it is still under warranty and needless to say, I will never go back to Pair again

They do not have a clue what they are talking about. Unless it’s for a cover on your screen. I told them one of my speakers wasn’t working on my phone they said oky we will clean it out it will take 20 mins so I came back and they told me it wasn’t a speaker. Don’t have a clue! Trying to tell me that o had no speaker and they didn’t even attempt to take my phone case off! Waste of time.

Went in for a quick repair for my iPhone, the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Sent my phone in for repair whilst I was walking around shopping and it was repaired by the time I finished, quick and easy. Highly recommend.

Screen repair, fixed same day, no issues

I got a battery replacement form here and my phone is faster. It’s not a genuine apple part however so there’s a message in my settings that won’t go away. And repair took 2 hours. Can’t complain for the price though

Great shop, clean, clear and the staff were super-helpful. I was able to get my repair done that day, while I shopped around the center and did my stuff. If I need anything again I'll be straight back!

Went into Pair Limerick this morning. My daughter had the screen peplaced a few months ago, the glue started lifting,and screen cracked again. The lady in the shop was so rude, she tried to make out the battery swelled, I said it wasn't the battery it was the glue. You can see where the glue lifted. I asked how much to fix it again and she said they wouldn't fix it. I said that's because it wasn't fixed properly from day one.
I would never again go near that shop and I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.

Popped in today for a case and protector, kind staff Boushra helped pick put a sturdy case and even applied the protector free of charge! - 10/10 service

I went into fhe shop today to get my phone cleaned. I met Boushra behind the counter and couldn't have asked for a better help. I am very much satisfied with the customer service here.
