Very easy to book using their website, great prices, excellent communications once booked and updates on delivery progress, then my bike arrived on Saturday when I didn't expect it until Monday!

I always trust Paisley as a go-to alloy wheel courier, its an excellent and easy to use service and items arrive undamaged and on time, easy for both sender and buyer.

Terrible service and zero communication - Phone number is just an answerphone message saying use email address on website, but they don't answer emails. Booked a collection for an alloy wheel on a 24 hour service on 23rd August and it was finally delivered on 2nd September. Customer with car off road, justifiably giving me huge grief. Do not use these people - they only sub the job out to APC anyway, who then tell you to contact Paisley Freight when something goes wrong.

Bike collected and delivered as promised. No damage or hassle. Paisley freight are now my go to for sending bikes👍

Picked up Bike from my home address on time by friendly driver and delivered to my buyer on time and in excellent condition.

This was my first experience of sending 4 Road wheels....anywhere! The help desk quickly clarified my queries, the collection & delivery were spot-on and, given the sizes & weights involved, the price was very good too.

Sent 4 alloy wheels and tyres from Newcastle on Tyne to Derby. Easy to book online. Price only £59.99. Clear instructions on packing and options to have them collected or drop off at a local depot. I chose to drop them off, drove straight to goods-in and someone helped me right away, in and out in 2 mins. Delivery and tracking was next day with info at every stage. First class would use Paisley Freight again no hesitation.

I would give no stars if I could. This is THE worst delivery service ever! Booked a bike which didn’t state box size so got extra charged for that at 20% extra. Poor tracking information. Failed first collection where driver didn’t see garage open with parcel in and didn’t knock on door. Tried to charge me for that. Was supposed to be next day but they took 2 extra days. When they delivered the parcel they left box flat on its side. The second driver had such a poor attitude and was rude. AVOID!!!

Quick enough delivery, but the driver was rude, unprofessional and foul-mouthed, and expected my disabled son to lift out 4 alloys wheels and tyres HIMSELF from the delivery truck.

Tried this company, and they where amazing. Got my alloys 500 miles across the country overnight! 26hrs after collection they where reciebed in the same condition as sent. I will be using paisley freight again. Thankyou

I bought a bike on eBay. Box, delivery and liability cover purchased from Paisley. The bike box was left on my drive with no signature by APC. Box damaged and bike ruined inside despite foam and bubble wrap. Very rough treatment. Paisley then declined the claim as they said no evidence of bubble wrap. PLEASE AVOID.

Outstanding service! I’ve had multiple wheel shipments across the UK this year without any problems. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking to ship wheels, tires, or rims.

sold my bike and buyer wanted it shipping and paid for your service I was a little concerned after reading reviews. booked last Friday Box arrived Tuesday collection yesterday Midday and Buyer has received the bike at 9 AM today. when I had questions the responses were straight back with all information thank you

Fast delivery very happy with result.

Trying to contact the company for a delivery that is late and nobody come back to me. Also no phone number on website for them. Just avoid avoid avoid.

Refuse to accept a shipment tatcwas Kate due to their stupid driver returning my item to the depot as undeliverable (which us wasn't ) as he had the full address and postcode and people were here waiting fir the delivery ..,

Now two weeks on the useless company still haven't returned the item to sender so I'm still waiting for my refund !!!

THIS COMPANY ARE USELESS WITH LITTLE CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!
