DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered pajamas almost a month ago and still have not received them. Now I have to explain to my customer why her pajamas won’t be here in time!!! This company is a scam!!!!!

I ordered pajamas at the beginning of October for a school pajama day and delivery was guaranteed by October 31st. October 31st came and went and I did not receive my order. The first week in November, I emailed the company and was told that FedEx had returned the package as undeliverable. I did not receive a notification of this and the address on the order was correct. I replied that I felt this was not my fault and that I should receive my order or be reimbursed. I was then told that if the package had been returned to them, it would be destroyed (that makes no sense) and I would not be reimbursed. Total disappointment here! I would give 0 stars if I could!

I bought 5 pair of pajamas and sizing was way off. They won’t let me return them and receive a refund. They are scamming people out of their money. Do not order from this company .

These Pyjamas are not even close to proper sizing! And the company does nothing to fix orders that do not fit. I bought family Christmas Pyjamas, and I bought one size bigger for everyone, not one pair fit!!! They’re made wayyyy too small, and now I’m out all of that money. They suggested that I gift them and buy new ones. It’s the season to rip people off I guess.

This company is terrible don’t order from them. They take your money and will Not send your item. When you try to contact them they will not contact you back. It took me over 2 money to get a response from them and they simple asked me if I still wanted the item. I told them no and asked for a refund but they never emailed me back again. I was finally able to get a refund by disputing the claim on PayPal.

Worst ever online shopping experience.. hope others read reviews and don’t get stolen

This company is a fraud. We ordered 6 pairs of pjs for $123. The sizes are totally off so we can’t use them. And they smell like chemicals. The company refuses to accept a return and just tells me that the pajamas are is Asian sizes which are smaller. They also suggest I give the pjs away as a gift or simply buy more. Horrible. Never buy from them. I wish I had checked the reviews first.

Awful. I ordered 5 pairs of Christmas PJs. I did not realize they came with names, particularly, names of none of my family members. I reached out immediately to exchange or return my order. Simply put, they do not honor the Customer Guarantee. Buyer Beware!

I wish I had seen the reviews. I received pyramid with a name on that i hadn’t requested. When I asked to return this an resend with a correct or no name they refused. Appalling service, poor products. Do not buy

Extremely unsatisfied with how this website leads you to believe their pajamas with names are customizable, but then send you the pajamas just as seen in the picture; "Mom, Dad, Abby". I thought it was going to ask me to type in names for customizing the product during the purchasing phase, but it never did before the order went completely through. Then, I noticed the fine print; that my pajamas would come to me saying, “Mom,” “Dad,” “Abby” instead of my family’s names. I wanted a custom order. When I asked for a cancellation immediately after the order went through so I could order customized pajamas, they refused to refund my purchase amount, referencing their returns policy: only 80% refund. They could have gotten more money from me, had I been refunded, and purchased different pajamas from them, but I will never buy from this company, as they are deceptive with their small print!!!!! Don't buy from them!

NEVER EVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Not only did I not receive my order (which was almost $200 total) for 2.5 months...When I DID get the order the onesies were horrible!! The fabric was stiff and ALL of the sizes were WAY OFF. I washed the onesies so that we all could wear them on Christmas for a photo, and the colors TOTALLY faded. The mens XL's were WAY too small where they couldn't be worn. The baby size 6mo was TOO SMALL for a 4 month old 15lb baby. ONLY ONE fit. I was TOTALLY SCREWED out of $193.00.

I ordered their pajamas on black Friday without looking for a review of this company. They appear as a US company but in fact they are located in GUANGZHOU, HONGKONG. Their shipping policy stated 10-13 business days. I ordered 11/27/17 and did not receive them till 12/23/17. I ordered 8 sets of adult pajamas using their sizing chart. Once received not one single pair of pajamas fit. All of them were 2-3 sizes smaller than described. They have worded their refund policy in such a way that it is impossible to get your money back even if you return the product. I will not return their product because their is no guarantee I'll ever see my $160.00 back. I wish there was some way to attach these reviews to their website so others would not fall victim of their scam!

I wished I had seen these comments before!! So true. I bought 7 pjs. Never again will I order from this company. 1) they were pricey (but I thought they would look good for pics); 2) None fit like they were supposed to and not consistent on sizes (arms too short on some, etc); 3) Some patterns matched in the sewing but others didn’t. 4) one wash and severe fading - in cold water. Looking at comments below, not worth dealing with them. Shame.

Was sent red plaid pajamas that do not look remotely like the pictures. Poor quality and even worse customer service.

Bad quality merchandise along with bad customer service handling the issue. Purchased matching family pjs, washed items & only the children pjs faded completely. Took pics & the issue was obvious. They dragged their feet asking how they were washed, in what temp of warm water, offered less than $3 credit. All pjs were washed in same load with no other items, only children's items faded completely.

I ordered my family Christmas pajamas for family picture this year. When I received them my husband's shirt was ordered as a XXXL and fit like an XL...then both my son's pajamas were messed up the way they made them size wise!! I ordered a 10/12 and a 6/7. The 10/12 size I received for my one boy who weighs 66lbs and about 4ft tall could have fit a 6 year old length wise for arms and legs and the waist could have fit me which I weigh 118. Then the size 6/7 I ordered waist wise could have fit my 13 year old that weighs 108. Just ridiculous mess up on the production of these pajamas. I emailed right away sending pictures of my boys in the pajamas and how they fit. They apologized and asked what They could do. I asked for my refund back on the 2 boys pajamas. To buy all 5 of our pajamas I spent $123.00 so it wasn't cheap. They said they would give me 15% refund on the boys pajamas which is $2.62 a pair. Wth!!! So I told them I would like to return the whole order and get my money back since we wouldn't be able to use them anyways for the picture I was going to do. They still have yet to respond to me and the 30 day money back guarantee...huh......scam!!! VERY VERY DISAPPPOINTED AND HOPE NO ONE ELSE GETS CAUGHT UP IN THIS COMPANY!! STAY AWAY FROM PAJAMABUYS!!! YUCK!!!

I ordered a onesie for my daughter, paid extra shipping for it to arrive before halloween.
Seeing that it was not arriving on time, I sent many emails but they were confirming that it would be here before Halloween.
It arrived on November19th which means 3 weeks late.
I told them I don't need the product anymore but they won't even reimburse the shipping costs.
NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
It is not reliable, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Appears to be a trend with this company after reading the other reviews! I bought my daughter a costume from here, when I got it the zipper was broken. I emailed them hoping to get a replacement but no response. By the time Halloween came there was several holes all over all of the inseams (4 days later) and I hadn't even washed it yet! My daughter ended up having to wear the broken costume for Halloween, it looked incredibly trashy! I emailed them again asking for a refund, they asked for pictures which I provided. I then received this response "Thank you,
We send your photo to our colleague, she said it is impossible we don't check it before ship it out. So they think you pull hard when you open the zipper." I emailed back reminding them that I had originally emailed them the very same day it arrived and it did arrive broken. They then responded with this "Ohoh, can you send it to local tailor to repair it?
We will refund you 10% for compensation" Haha seriously?! What a joke! Thank god I paid with PayPal, I opened a dispute with them and will hopefully get a refund. Shipping was super slow, and the costume wasn't even cheap, was over priced for the quality! Also, I tried to leave a negative review on their website and it conveniently didn't show up. I will absolutely never do business with this company again, and would advice you to do the same! Scammers!!

This is the worst company I have ever done business with! Please avoid!! I ordered a crocodile costume for a Halloween party and paid $17.81 for 6-8 day shipping. The costume was shipped late and took 21 days to get to me! I emailed the company explaining how the service was unacceptable and would be requesting a refund for the costume and shipping once I finally received the costume. They replied that the shipping was out of their control, however, they are the ones who shipped the costume late! Once I received the costume I emailed them that I would like to send the costume back for a full refund since it was useless to me due to being delivered over ten days after the party I had ordered it for. Their response was "Plz understand, shipping delay is really uncontrolable,
Once the item was shipped, we can't control anything.
You can use it for other party in the future or wear it as sleepwear."
This is completely unnacceptable customer service. I asked for a refund and a shipping label so I could send the costume back and this was a completely unprofessional response. I would give them zero stars if I could because they are a joke of a company!

Do not trust this company! I received and item too small with spots on it and they refused to refund me for the item. They said I had to send it back first. It would cost me $23 to send the item back to China for a refund and they do not cover return shipping even if the item is damaged! Terrible company and the worst customer service!
