DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!!
I mad an order for a Spiderman costume and wish I had read the reviews before I did! The order was made October 4,2019 and it is now October 23, 2019 and I have not even received the shipment confirmation! It is obviously an extremely irresponsible and dishonest company.I'm kissing my $37.99 goodbye!

DONT BUY FROM HERE. I ordered a onesie from here as the other sites where selling a cheap version with zip across the bum. We wanted this one that didn't show this. I received the cheap version with an excuse that they didn't realise. I sent photos from their site of the onesie i ordered and photos of the cheap version i received.
They said id have to pay to return the item although it was their mistake and rebuy. They also said their returns policy states if they make a mistake then it's up to me to return the item but they wont cover the cost even though their mistake. Wish id bought from Ebay! Cheaper and exactly what they are selling. Am taking through my bank as false advertisement.

Ordered an Elmo costume on Oct 5 for my daughter. The tracking information says that the shipment arrived at facility on Oct8 and departed facility to service provider on October 8. It is October 19 and I have not received the package. Now, after reading all the bad reviews about sizing, I am guessing that I am going to receive the wrong size. I have on stressed out little girl who just wants her costume. Lesson learned.

Awful, awful, awful! Do NOT purchase from this company. I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering two sets of costumes. The company offered two different sizes: 105 and 120. I ordered two different costumes in the smaller size 105. They sent me one in 105 and the other in 120. (The costumes were labeled this way.) The 120 costume is way larger than the 105. However they claim that it is the correct size due to different manufacturers and styles. That is a bunch of bullsh!t. Very disappointed in the lack of ethics of this company. They clearly made a mistake and sent me the wrong size but will not own up to it.

Terrible, sent the wrong size and basically said sorry it will cost us too much to return so enjoy your order.....

the sizing was way off it was about 2 sizes too big for the child size I got so it hardly fits my kid.

I have bought three. One for me, the other two for my girl and my husband. I just received it , it looks great, good mading and quality, And they all fit well! Very comfortable for sleeping! we will buy it later from them !main it's very cheap than other shops !

We bought Flying Squirrel Onesies kigurumi on Sept 10, very cool, Quality of material is soft and amazing ! we received it only 6 days after i paid, perfect ! I recommend to buy kigurumi onesies from there ! Import it's Cheap price with this high quality item, and we yet get very fast and great responding when i submit my problem.

I received the Christmas Family pajamas from your company today. The sizes are not accurately depicted on the size chart that was described for children L and XL, and the Adult Small, Med, large, and 4x I Need to exchange some of the pajamas for larger sizes. The family members that ordered the smaller sizes were able to fit the larger sizes. The family members that ordered the larger sizes are without pajamas.

We have a child's Large and a Female Medium and a Men’s Large that doesn’t fit anyone.

One family member that ordered a small was able to fit the Female Large. I never received a Female small, a medium was packaged as a small

One family member that ordered a child XL was able to fit the Female medium

One family member that ordered a child’s L was able to fit the child’s XL that was ordered.

The family member that order a Female large was able to fit the Male 4XL

I need to exchange the child’s Large and a Female Medium and a Men’s Large that doesn’t fit anyone. For the following sizes below
1 Female XXL
1 Men 4X
1 Men 5X

Below is the response I got from Pajamas buy. I only wanted to exchange 3 pair out of the 8 pairs of Christmas pajamas that I ordered for larger sizes. I contacted them on the day I received the pajamas from their company. They said literally that I should keep them and suffer the loss. But, On their web site it states that you could return product within 30 days free of charge.

Really happy! I got my order much quicker than expected, it came in 5 days exactly. I was worried as I saw some bad reviews after my order but it came just as the picture and in great quality! I'd recommend getting the Pokémon umbreon onesie :)

scam. the product i received was a crummy knockoff that was poorly stitched and messy compared to the image on the site. colors were wrong, materials were wrong, design was wrong. it fit, at least. i was going to get a refund but i was able to sew it to be sightly less ugly and was too tired to bother filing a claim. dont use pajamasbuy.

Never received item. I emailed about it and they said they'll find out how long I have to wait to recieve it. I emailed again about a refund and I never heard anything back. SCAMMERS. Do not buy from them!

Total scam! Took my $400+
and never delivered the items. Even worse, they refuse to issue a refund even though the shipping information indicates the items were still with Pajamasbuy. They are also impossible to get in contact with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

avoid this company at all costs they are utterly crap i ordered a costume for my girlfriend and it came with a broken zip they would not refund or replace and said it was our fault but the zip was already broken i strongly advise not to buy from them they will rip you off massively with faulty products i think one star is genorus im a very disjointed customer all they offerd me was a 10% refund or after nagging a 12% what a joke

I ordered 4 pair of Pajamas. Not one fit the size that was intended. All of them came 1 size smaller. The quality of the material was horrible. They came in plastic bags and smelled awful. Forget about getting a full refunds. I wished that I had read the reviews before I purchased. The pictures on the site are misleading. I will never , never , never ever buy from this company again. Please don't waste your money!!!

Product arrived with large hole in it. I photoed the hole and emailed the company who suggested I repair it myself. I emailed back and stated I wanted a refund. They said it had no defect when posted and that I was liable for shipping the item back to China at which point they may consider a refund. Avoid this company, defective products and poor customer service.

Complete LET DOWN! I ordered pajamas December 8th! I just received them December 28th! I needed them for a Christmas party I was invited to! PLUS the sizes did NOT FIT standard U.S. sizes! Wish I would have checked the reviews for this site first! NEVER AGAIN!!! Their return policy is also REDICULOUS!

I ordered 1 baymax pajama on December 2. After not receiving the item in the time given by the company, and not being able to find a tracking number anywhere, I emailed them. They told me that there were too many packages sent out this year, but it would be here in 5-7 days. That was 2 weeks ago. December 29- Now the website doesn't recognize my email. What a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Their products are great! Their customer service is awesome! I will use again!

Do not buy from this company!!! Don’t waste your money!! I ordered 2 pijamas size L and are way to small for me! Note: I’m 5,7 tall and 165 pounds and usually I wear S in clothes. They won’t accept to return and refund me! Their policy says 30 days quarantee but they won’t do it!! SCAM!! Please don’t waste your money like I did!

I ordered 5 pairs of Christmas pajamas for my family to wear Christmas Eve. Ordered them on Dec. 4th. After many email inquiries as to when I could expect them was told Dec. 26th. I Said that wasnt acceptable. They somehow got them here Dec. 23 but the sizes although what I ordered were WAY to small. They will not accept returns or refund. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY
