Very poor quality of materials

Very poor quality of materials. I tried first to assembly it and for some hours without success. Then, I assigned the assembly to a professional carpenter who finally made the assemply in 10hours but with many issues on screws, size of holes, poor quality of woods create cracks during their connection and complaints from a professional carpenter.

The order came into two different…

The order came into two different packets. I received only the first one at first and the other one was stuck. I received 2 weeks later. And instead of double bed they sent me a single bed. The quality of the wood is the worst, poorly cut wood parts. The only good thing about the company is the call center. They were really helpful.

You had not mentioned that the product I bought was of VIDAXL .I had bought one from VIDAXL and from the very first week I had to change batteries and so go on every week.This was for a gift and I didn't want the same brand!!!!!!!

Not fun

After an online and oral confirmation for an order of a shower cabin, during a summer which is hard to find workers for installation, and waiting all these days that was required and even more( almost a month), i got a sudden call that there is no stock and if the courier comes i should deny receiving. I had to find a last minute solution. Not reliable. Very polite on the phone, got a refund immediately though.
