Been buying bikes of Palace Cycles for last 15 years. Customer service is brilliant. Very friendly and approachable. You will not find a better local independent bike shop anywhere in the region.

I couldn’t find a Trek Marlin 5 in large anywhere. Was let down by national chain who delivered M instead of stated L. Then that company messed me around. I noticed Palace Cycles had them online for sale and emailed on a Sunday night to check they did indeed have this stock (I have found so many in reality do not) expecting no response until Monday. To my amazement Mike emailed me straight back, no waiting until the store was open on Monday, explaining if it’s online it’s in stock. I ordered and sure enough, as good as his word, lightning delivery and a gleaming large Marlin 5 arrived in pristine condition. Whole buying experience could not have been bettered. Buy from Palace Cycles - I have no doubt you will be very pleased you did so. Thanks Mike and staff.

Having walked past this businesses shop window and seeing a Bianchi bike displayed i had to get an a better bike.
Despite living in the Glasgow area I chose to buy a Giant TCR from them. Having made an appointment to view this and a Trek Edmonda I arrived to see the bikes. Mike the owner had built a Trek in my size just so I could check the bike for fit. He couldn’t have been more accommodating. The service from him was excellent, being both a naturally nice guy and not trying to pressure me into a sale.
I would definitely recommend him and his team, definitely worth the 240 mile round trip! Well done.

Just bought a £2000 bike from here, travelling to pick it up to make sure it got home unmarked. Bit disappointed to discover that the rear indexing was out when I got home and fitted some pedals. Lower limiting adjuster miles out and attempt made to compensate via the barrel adjuster, and upper limiter slightly out. I fixed both and re-tensioned the cable, after which indexing worked perfectly. Bit disappointed that I had to do this to be honest. Chap I bought it from seemed nice enough though!

just bought from them a frame eas cheapest on the line with great discount, they sent me with supper fast delivery, only 2 dyas after recieve my order free and i am based in Ireland.

during the shipping some little scrach was on my frame i contacted the website, they appologise and they offered me full refund or some refund compensation for the little scratch.

i was absolutely happy to keep my frame and get some refund aswel.

if you have any problem just contact them first, they will help massively.

oh for ireland buyer, due to post code unavailability in ireland, the website cannot accept your order and say error during the shipment, therfore it is the best to contact the website and pay on the phone as i did.
