Complete scam

Complete scam. I don t even think the website page is theirs . Everything looks genuine at first. They offer delivery within 48hours ,more like a month !! They offer 2 free gifts which didn't arrive and when I contacted them their reply was" your free gifts are the box and package !! It didn't arrive in a box and the packaging was just a plastic bag. The offer of free gifts were box to put jewellery in . The website is located in London but when you get tracking link they come from China by this time when you find out your money had been paid out your bank. I was informed to send them back would be very expensive. Another scam obviously using respectable companies pictures and website. It's about time these companies were stopped

Complete scam, items poor quality and despite 6 e-mails asking for a full refund, they are still offering a 30% refund and keep the item. Avoid like the plague!

The facebook website said this was a family jewellery business in London that was closing down. Stupidly I fell for this and didn't check trustpilot. I ordered 3 different pairs of gold plated earrings at total cost of £55. As soon as I received an e-mail about shipping, i realised the goods were coming from China and alarm bells began to ring.

The earrings were of poor quality. The gemstone on one of them isn't even glued in the right place! The gemstones and wires are all of poor quality. I e-mailed the company complaining and asked for a return address to get a full refund. They came back offering a 30% refund, for me to keep the items to save me the cost of return. I replied saying i was happy to cover shipping costs, but i wanted a full refund. Six e-mails later they are refusing to give me the return address or give me a full refund. A 30% refund is all that is been offered and they have now ceased replying to e-mails. Avoid like the plague!.

Fell for Facebook advert about closing…

Fell for Facebook advert about closing down London shop. Ordered 925ss bracelet at £14.99 with free postage, free jewellery box and a random free gift. Should have stopped at that point 'of it's too good to be true it is'. Eventually got tracking number but it did not link to anything. Website taken down by then.
Bracelet eventually arrived, posted from overseas. It has a 925 tag but......, not pleased with quality. No free gifts

Beware it's a scam!

Beware it's a scam! Created only this month after palacejewelleryuk.com no longer working. Claiming to be a business closing down after 104 years yet there has never been a shop under the name they claim at Hatton Garden&Greville St in London as they say. No contact number, just email. All emails from Spanish server with an excuse order delayed due to the wrong items sent to them by the manufacturer! They're closing down so aren't they supposed to be selling out their stock not ordering new one? Tab Track your order not working - only silly message in Spanish asking to provide same details as during purchase. AVOID!!!!
