The panel did not arrive as planned
The panel did not arrive as planned. This is the 3rd time on this site that there have been delivery issues. The couriers you use do not attempt to find or contact our guys or even find anyone from the site team to take delivery. These items are expensive and if lost or damaged it causes programing issues. We now have to return to site to complete our works once the panel arrives.

All your orders had been dispatched on time and should have arrived as expected.

From the beginning to end, the team were extremely professional and helpful. They wavered the price difference of the panels and kept me updated when panels were sent out for delivery.
The panels are of high quality and the Palco team did everything possible to remedy the size issue.
