Boots are far too small

Boots are far too small! I don’t have an evri drop off point nearest is 2 hours away. No other delivery options available. Emailed several times about this with no reply!!!! So I cant send them back for a refund!

Really disappointed- tiny

Really disappointed. Upsized based on previous reviews and the boots still came up far too narrow to be wearable. Had to pay £5 to return them so I've essentially been charged to try on a pair of shoes- and subsequently bombarded with emails about leaving reviews, marketing and other nonsense. Lovely shoes but cannot be trusted to purchase online, waste of money.

Customer services are terrible

Customer services are terrible. I’ve messaged & emailed them now 3 times & have not had any response or acknowledgment of my messages. This company use Evri for deliveries & Evri have not delivered my goods. So I’m now out of pocket & also without the boots I ordered. Customer support needs to improve. Your delivery process has failed & I require a refund

Fast delivery from France.

Although the boots were ordered from a .co.uk website they actually come from France which almost put me off ordering.despatch however was the next working day and delivery within 5 days so super efficient and delivered fast

Take a chance, they really are good.

Website was easy to use and navigate, buying options met my needs, boots arrived in good time and in excellent packaging.
Overall the product is of excellent quality and very comfortable. I am looking forward to seeing how long they last.

Appalling customer service!

Appalling customer service!
Boots took 2 weeks to arrive.
Returned goods and got an email confirming they’d been received but still no refund 2 weeks later !
When questioned about this they stated my goods were still in transit, even though I’d had a previous email to say they’d received them ! It’s still in dispute. Will never purchase from them again.

I’d like to clarify how the return process works: once a parcel arrives at our warehouse, it must go through a verification stage where the items are checked and the refund is validated. This internal processing can take around 2–3 working days depending on workload.

In your case, although the return was received, the refund was issued shortly afterwards — it was fully processed on 13/11. You should already see the amount on your account, or it may appear shortly depending on your bank’s processing time.

No return refund or response from customer support

I bought a pair of boots which were returned due to being too small. Having recieved an email 14 days ago to say the refund would be processed I have still had no refund.

Despite emailing and messaging via the website after 10days, I have still heard nothing from the company and have no refund which is a concern.
