Awful. Product arrived badly damaged and refused to replace. Agreed with PayPal a full refund but despite the Consumer Rights Act, pallet Furniture UK refused to pay for collection. Such a shame because the undamaged bits are nice.

Even though our first bin store arrived damaged ( we refused delivery) the company replaced it without any qualms. The replacement arrived in good condition and we are very pleased with it. Selena at the family company kept me informed on progress and always responded to my emails.

Really pleased. Was worried about the two reviews on TP and contacted the company to check before ordering. Supplier is a 'home based' company that had a surge in orders last year, getting all members of the family involved apparently in producing, whilst owner was having a baby. Having spoken to the lady concerned was convinced she was genuine and went ahead and purchased two tables and six benches (so seating 12 in total). Products arrived within two weeks, and am very happy with both quality and colour. This is pallet furniture so it's not going to be perfect. That's its nature. And TBF some paint had come off as I think to get the product off quick to me was stacked before totally dry. But a can of Cuprinol Urban Slate (which was the colour I chose) will sort. A couple of things to note. 1. Courier delivers on pallets to kerbside only. Given the size of our order it was in a tall tower and was concerned about it falling over as we live on a hill. So if you're not in tip top fitness you will need someone to help to get off the pallets and take to designated space. Also, courier refused to take pallets back which the furniture was on so will have to make a trip to the tip. TBF courier let reputation of company down as my husband is elderly and partially disabled and I am no spring chicken but he refused to help at all. 2. Table tops separate and have to assemble which wasn't a problem but there are no 'screw' guides on top to match up holes below and those on top. Which has meant we have made a bit of a mess on the top trying to line up screws underneath with top. Nothing that can't be resolved by sandpaper and some filler and a patch up paint job. Tip to company: please consider putting guide marks on top of table for the screwing in on tops

However for the price, and because we wanted the rustic look truly pleased with the product and timescales of delivery. Ready now for summer in the hope we can now invite family and friends round to enjoy and pleased we have been able to support a family business in these times

Ordered a bin store via this company on Facebook marketplace. Paid extra for two coats of weatherproof paint. The paint finish is extremely thin and the store does not actually fit my wheelie bins with out applying significant force - a kick basically. Have contacted firm but received no response - obviously not bothered now they have my money. Very disappointed as product was not cheap.

Item dispatched on time, arrived damaged but because of the size of the product and the logistics involved in returning it I repaired it myself. I also had to re affix some screws and some screws were missing. The damage was to the top handles probably due to the storage unit having something on top of it in transit ?? For the cost, I expected a better quality finish. I have also added a number of screws to make the unit stronger. I purchased the product through Wayfair and got a response from them as follows: Sorry your experience wasn't great.
