If i could give ZERO stars I would.
We ordered a pallet truck to help in a new build project. Expected delivery in 3-4 days and over a week later had to chase it, only to be told it had been delivered. Well, not to us. Firstly I was told it was delivered to someone called "Clair", who we don't even have in the business of over 500 staff, then told the driver delivers to us regularly and it was in the "usual place"... yet we had only just arrived there to start the project and the previous business was in administration so clearly the driver was mistaken. They then advised us we had to provide "evidence" that we hadn't received the pallet truck. So how do we provide evidence of nothing received??
Utterly disgraceful customer service. Wouldn't purchase from them again or recommend them to anyone. They are clearly not very good at delivering items to the correct address or dealing with customers.
We still don't have the item, refund or any idea where they have "delivered" the item. They should not have delivered to anyone but the person who ordered it. They haven't even apologised for the lack of service. Not very responsible at all! DO NOT USE.
