Mixed feelings.
I have used Coolmax products before and decided to give pillow protectors a go. I am a bit disappointed as they are quilted on one side and kind of plastic on the other. So there is no option of flipping your pillow as you will end up with a crunchy surface. They also make a tight fit in my standard pillowcases. I did not have a chance to check the cooling properties of the protectors as they were taken off after the first night.
However, the service I received from Palmers was as always excellent.

A simple thing went OK
Ordered one thing. It arrived on time and as specified. Is that worth five stars? It's not as if I was doing anything especially difficult. "Did not mess up the simplest possible order". I know people expect 5 star ratings for "did not make a mistake" these days and get grumpy if they don't get it but I can at least write in the accompanying text that this was not the kind of high-above-the-call-of-duty customer service that sticks out in the memory. This was just an ordinary thing that didn't go wrong.
