Coolmax mattress cover

Excellent customer service
Ordered a few items from Palmers after finding the products I wanted via google. It was the first time I had come across this company. They emailed to say there was a slight delay as they were waiting on new stock. Once ready the items arrived quickly but one item had been broken in transit. I sent pictures, they replied straightaway and replaced the item with no fuss. Second item arrived safely the next day. Excellent customer service.
