Today Aaron and Billy fitted my new hot tub ,very happy with the service nothing g was too much trouble new their job well would definitely reccomend ,love the hot tub thankyou

my friend order a Corrado spa, so we to same company because he recommended that he had great service.the wait was worth it, rang up thursday says he could deliver it that day, but I wasnt in, great news came friday saying we can have it Saturday, arron and ben turned up Saturday afternoon,place it and gave me a little information on the hot tub how it works and the best way to keep care of it and explained the chemicals to. great service will recommend.

I ordered my hot tub on Friday and it was delivered and installed on the following Tuesday. I’m really happy with it and the guys Arron and Ben who did the install were brilliant, they explained everything and went through all the tubs functions. Thank you palm spas.

We received our hot tub Wednesday and are thrilled. From ordering to installation we have been pleased with the service. Jordan & Lee delivered the tub and the damp Pembrokeshire weather did not help! They did a great job installing and were a credit to Palm Spas. Thankyou very much. We are enjoying it so much and the lights and speakers on it are great. Would recommend to anyone 😊

Jordan and Lee delivered my palm spa colada yesterday and it’s absolutely perfect! I feel like I’m living in a dream! The boys were professional, confident within their role and were able to explain how everything worked and set up the tub for me. They knew this hot tub inside out and I am so glad I paid for the installation

Great service from start to finish. We are absolutely delighted with our hot tub. Aaron and Jordan arrived on a very wet day in Scotland but that didn’t phase them. They are a credit to this company, they took the time to talk us through every detail of the hot tub and didn't leave until we were completely comfortable that all questions had been answered.

Really impressed with the quality of service, from first enquiry to final payment. Massive shout out to Shane and Billy who delivered my hot tub. Although faced with a less than straightforward installation they came up with a solution and with a bit of intuition and jiggery-pokery they produced a great result......hats off to them both👍

Absolute great service all round. The delivery guys, Aaron and Jordan were spot on, very helpful, they even spared a little time playing with our pooch Bovril.

My partner suffers back problems and we both chose to get a spa/hot tub to see if it would help. I would recommend these guys anytime the service was excellent and really can't thank them enough it wasn't a straight forward delivery but every step of the way from ordering to delivery was superb.

My husband is a paramedic and as you can imagine the last few months have been challenging ! We decided to buy our first hot tub to help him unwind. We narrowed it down to 2 models and asked Jamie for guidance . I then turned into a bit of a stalker but every stupid question was answered. We eventually decided to buy the Trident. It arrived a lot quicker than expected... so apologies Palm Spas for asking you to hold on to it whilst the patio was finished ! It arrived today and the team gave us a call when they were an hour away. They gave us a full tutorial and gave us lots of opportunities to ask questions. The hot tub is fabulous my only complaint is the day it arrived the weather turned but Palm Spas said they will pop the sun in post tomorrow 🤣🏝🍾🥂. ..huge thanks ..

First class experience from initial phone call through to install.
I discussed my requirements with Jamie and placed my order, delivery date approached and as a result of the covid-19 problems it had been delayed, but after discussions an alternative tub was suggested, and delivered and installed two days later. The install guys were fantastic, explained everything in detail and did not leave until we were 100% confident with operation and chemical use. First class service and highly recommended.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Great communication, fantastic price and hot tub has exceeded our expectations! Would definitely recommend for anybody looking to purchase a good quality hot tub!

Excellent service and after sales support. Had installation and full set up with demonstrations from the team, nearly 12 months later and can’t fault it at all. Good for your spares too with accessories and filters. Can’t recommend highly enough. 5 star happy customer. Steve.
