Once again another fantastic service from Grant and Aron they just fitted a lifter to my hot tub cover, its great I can now very easily take off the lid and enjoy the whole hot tub rather than just one half that I been doing up till now, I found it too hard to lift the cover off on my own. Cant fault the service from both Grant and Aron they are always so polite, very hard tidy workers and explain fully and show you how it worked and before they left always ask do I have any questions etc. Thank you both so much.

Called at palm spas as most men sceptical spoke to a young gentleman Jamie he was what I needed not pushy told us what spec each tub had and left us to make up our own minds 10 days later I am pleased to say I was wrong it is what we needed all along all delivered and installed cheers to the team you've been amazing

Jade has been excellent and her customer service is fantastic. Jade is very quick to response whenever I had any questions regarding the product and finance.

We had our Spritz + hot tub installed today by Jamie and Aaron. Delivered on time and all set up and working within a few hours. Very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Fantastic service from ordering to installation.

I ordered a Coco hot tub in June and was kept fully informed about delivery. Today my hot tub arrived and Grant and Jamie were superb in their installation and set up. They were very friendly and explained everything and all done within 2 hours!! I cant wait to get in it tonight. Thanks Palm Spas!

So today our tub arrived and we couldn't be happier,Grant and Sean had a real struggle to squeeze it in but were just amazing,our son had his last year so we went with his recommendation and so pleased we did as the sale and delivery was smooth and stress free.

From deciding to go with Palm Spas to wallowing in my tub the whole experience has been great. The 2 lads, Dan & Scott had my beautiful tub in and running in no time. After driving most of the night to get here they worked non-stop till the job was done. Excellent service lads.10/10

We had such an amazing experience with Palm Spas from the initial enquiry to the regular use of our amazing hot-tub....Liam and Jamie's install went smoother than I ever imagined with a tight gateway to navigate and raised decking as a final location, the guys had a breeze getting it in!

Excellent, pleasant, professional service from Dan and Rich today. They phoned to advise of arrival time, liaised well with the crane driver and then installed the tub. They worked with us to ensure it was placed in the right location and were really clear and concise on how we should clean and work the tub - nothing was too much trouble for them - a superb team.
