I received the Kayali collection and OMG! Absolutely stunning... I've been a wax addict for many years and have bought from aot of vendors. These melts are one of the best melts I've bought. Scent throw is insane! Packaging was fab and customer service is second to none.
If you love strong scented goodies then what are you waiting for? You can thank me later.... Highly recommend.

Missing part of my delivery no response from the company in over 3 weeks despite multiple queries lodged
I received my package on 05.2.25 I was missing an item I emailed straight away with pictures in the packaging. I got no response. I have emailed multiple times since also communicated through the website chat twice waited for a response it is now 28.2.25 no response to any of my enquiries. Also got charged import tax to Ireland for the full amount on the receipt. So overall as the customer service is disappointing I cannot comment on the products as they are still in the packaging awaiting the companies response. It's not worthwhile sending back due to taxes and I am not sure I would get a refund based on th companies current response
I find your response odd that you would disable the contact facility on your website but not take down the function. I emailed separately 3 different emails confirming the email on your invoice. Website and the confirmation email you sent me. I have no problem keeping the order I just want the missing item. If I cannot contact you on the website or via email I am left with no choice to leave a negative review. I find your response lacking as is your customer service I would love to leave a positive comment on your products but alas cannot as its still in its original packaging almost a month after receiving. Maybe you have a problem with your email just like your website how unfortunate but confusing as I also responded to the email address you sent your invoice on. Are this point I get the impression I am loosing money and not about to receive my product.

I am so sorry I have checked through all our emails and also the spam folder and can find no communication from you whatsoever! the Chat facility on the website has not been there for over 2 months as it was disabled due to scammers using it and waking me up at 2 and 3am on a regular basis, therefore I am unclear how you were able to use this facility as it is not available. We are not responsibile for the import duty that is determined by your country and you will always pay import duty when importing goods from another country we cannot be held responsible for this. If you wish to return you will need to contact us and we can arrange a return for you, thank you for taking the time to leave a review I have already told you I deleted the Live chat this took it all down, therefore, you would not have been able to contact me via this faciltiy. I did this because I was being disturbed during the night, I do not need to explain myself as to what actions I take on my website, this is a place for reviews, as previously stated, please email me and I will deal with your enquiry. I am not prepared to continue this on Trustpilot this is not the place to deal with issues like this, the correct way it so email me.
