Proof that I denied payment of custom or taxes??????
There was no pending to me for payment by custom here in Greece.No one informed me for payment.So do not claim that I did not wanted to pay taxes for my goods.

I am sorry that you could not find the time to contact or pay the duty on your order, this however, does not mean that we as a company are unreliable, your item was sent to you Tracked International, the fact you refused to pay the duty in your country is not our responsibility and I am sorry that you feel this way, however, we did assist you every step of the way. Your item was sent TRACKED and you were advised of the tracking number, I have chased this up and been advised that you REFUSED to pay the DUTY on the item, kindly do not level this at my business this is not the place for this, I have hundreds of happy clients who know I am a responsible seller as they purchase from me all the time. This is not the place to be making accusations that you cannot back up as I do have both TRACKING INFORMATION and confirmation that YOU REFUSED to pay the duty as I previously stated this is for reviews not a place to be having a discussion, I assisted you at every single step and this led to me obtain all the information I required to cover myself as I knew from you tone that you were not even willing to enquire within your own countries mail system where your package was or use the TRACKING provided thererfore, I obtained all the information I required to be able to prove that I was not at fault as previously stated this is a platform for reviews, which you have left in an attempt to damage my business not a platform for a discussion! your item is with your countries DUTY authorities!
Not very concentrated
Fragrance oils are not very concentrated compared to other brands I have used before.

I am sorry you feel disappointed, however, I can assure you that our oils are all 100% concentrate, having looked at your order, you did choose quite subtle fragrances, therefore this could be why you feel they do not smell as strong. We do have regular clients/businesses who can testify that our oils are 100% Concentrated, also all our fragrances are tested by independent testers prior to us accepting them onto our fragrance line. However, I do apologise the fragrances you chose were not to your taste. Had you contacted us we would have facilitated a refund for you

Christmas scented oils.
Got 5 samples of some Christmas scented oils and they are lush!! Will be ordering some bottles - getting ready for Christmas. Will check and see if they do any Halloween/Autumn scents.

Delivery was prompt. Communication is good. I bought bluebells as the perfume is one of my favourites but the notes are not quite right. It’s a lovely soft, but subtle fresh fragrance. Nonetheless it is very nice and i would recommend it. Evening soak was another one I bought, much stronger and lovely too!
