I have got my son a starter pack and every time when I go back to get ice cream mix and ingredients I always know I will get my products on time, their customer service team is amazing as you are actually speaking to human beings. I have to say I have had nothing but positive experiences with pan-n-ice, such a cool product that brings everyone together!
I love their products, definitely worth every penny.

Very poor product freeze for 24hrs last about 15minutes maybe not even that then stops freezing the ice cream mix, I went the the top package deal and must admit there is no value for your money at all !!! I brought more of the same products used to mix the ice cream for £12.08 then what came in it even though half the products was not in the box and no triple ice cream mix either so gods knows why they thought a £5 refund would be good enough when u break down the costs £44:95 ice cream rolling machine 2 that last 10-15minutes max, then £45.95 for the ultimate pack when in reality it’s got around £10 worth of sweets and spreads if it’s all in there which ours wasn’t and half the products where replaced with something else as didn’t have the stock they told us but replaced with lower value and less quantity items then the ones missing !!!!!!! Not worth the money paid out for the customer but lots and lots of profit in it for the seller and u can tell shame when u see your child’s disappointment in their face so waste of £92:94 should have just brought the cheapest version of this and the gone to the shops myself lesson learnt here could have saved £45.00 four lots of ice cream rolls that’s ya lot max

Amazing product !! Seen it in action a couple of times and super excited to get the Bubba and Ultimate pack for my 2 children for Xmas, their friends have one and they love it!!

We had Pan-n-ice come and do a crepe stand at our office and it was a big hit! The crepes were delicious and the staff were very friendly and professional.

We bought this for our granddaughter on her 12th birthday. She was so excited and absolutely loves it.
The whole experience of purchasing this product was exceptional.

I recently received the DIY Kit and already we have had hours of fun with it. The product is straightforward to use and there is great content across Insta, FB, Tik Tok and Youtube to inspire you on different flavours and tutorials. Fantastic customer service as any questions we had the team came back to us very quickly in a positive manner. I loved the company when I first went to Westfields to their Kiosk and love it even more that I can have it at home now!

The pan stayed cold long enough for the kids to make their own ice cream rolls, it was a hit!

I recently purchased the DIY kit and the kids love it. It’s easy to do and the whole family can get involved and not only have fun but enjoy delicious ice rolls at the end. Highly recommended to anyone who has kids perfect for birthday presents!

Poor customer service. Returned damaged item and they refused to refund postage either way. Had to tell them that under The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 and distance selling they were obligated to refund me! Took over a month to resolve. Product is probably good but the customer service is very poor.

LBOK- Lovely bit of Kit. Great fun for the family and can't wait to roll it out when the sun starts to shine. Would highly recommend for young children.

Wow! These pan n ice DIY kits are so much fun to use with my housemates on the weekend! The taste of the ice cream mix itself is very tasty. The ice rolls are delicious and it’s fun to try crazy flavours! 10/10 would recommend if you like ice cream.

Decided to buy a DIY Ultimate pack over Christmas for the kids. The whole family got involved making ice cream rolls - what a great experience! Absolutely delicious.

Wow wow wow! I had seen these advertised and thought they looked great but the kit exceeded our expectations. We initially bought this for the kids to use as an afternoon activity. It was INCREDIBLE. The kids chose their toppings that we had in the cupboard (Oreos, Nutella, lotus biscuits, lotus spread) and my husband (who thought he was a real life chef) put on a spectacular show creating all the different flavours. What’s even better is that the ice cream was literally the best we’ve ever tasted! This isn’t just something fun for kids, but amazing for adults to enjoy too. Once lockdown is over and we can entertain with friends and family family again, we will definitely be using the pan n ice kit as dessert and making ice cream for everyone! I’m still smiling about it. 10/10 from us

Lovely idea and a lovely product! We love the ice creams and were waiting to be able to do them at home! The kids absolutely love it and enjoy it so much every time! The customer service was outstanding.

Could not of asked for better service, took the family shopping and come across Pan N Ice for the first time on my visit to London. My two children loved everything about it, and the choice of toppings were great. I would definitely treat myself next time aswell as the kids
