That is something you should know and pay directly and charge the buyer in the moment of the purchase. Ordered early December as Christmas present, Hat arrived in plenty of time for Christmas.
Minor complaint the label was crooked so was visible below the rim, other than that the Hat is fabulous. It is the second Hat I’ve ordered from you in 2019 the first is perfect.

DECEIVERS! Attention! Supporting Corruption // BAD QUALITY
Don´t trust them!
I received a hat (70 €) 3 weeks too late, the package inclusive the hat were totally damaged. The company didnt offer any refunds or reshipping possibilities, instead they told me to iron the hat brim and they offered me 20% off for another purchase?!?!
Besides the damage, the quality is bad as well. Very weak brim - not worth the money!
Totally unfriendly customer service - almost laughing at met.
In addition, they betrayed our custom income taxes by declaring the product with a value of 10 €! Unbelievable! Wow, sorry, pure corruption.....
At the end, I used my paypal protection service and they had to take back the hat, however, as they claimed, that they have never received the hat, I have to deal with Deutsche Post now, as I secured my package.
Lots of time, lots of troubles for a company you should not support. Wish Id have read some reviews in advance.

Good customer service, unclear quality grades
Although I had a lot of communication with Panama Hat Mall before purchasing the hat, I was unable to determine the weaves per inch (an objective quality assessment) of the hat before buying, and the size description was not clear, so I ended up with a lower quality hat than I wanted and it was too large. I had to pay for return shipping, but they did take it back and exchange it for the same model of hat in a smaller size. So they get 3 stars for making things right. I do think they should provide the weaves per inch in the description instead of vague and subjective “grades” that are not standardized across different brands and makers. The hat itself is good (not “superfino”) and the people at Panama Hat Mall were responsive and stood by the product. I would recommend buying a hat of higher “grade” than 10/11 Montecristi for a more even weave.
