Terrible hat! Refund $64.99
This hat was mailed back by mail on 2/24 requesting a full refund of $64.99. I have not seen credit to our credit card. This hat was of inferior quality as it had a hole in it. It was shipped in a bag not a box so it was crushed and unable to be formed like it should. The bag said Ship in a BOX! This error crushed it to unusable and created the hole. Refund $64.99. Bought another for 1/2 this price and it was very good in comparison.

Consistency of hats' size
I ordered Urban Collection - Athens and Belo Horizonte both in size 60. The Athens is correct size for 60, but Belo is much larger size for 60. It seems to me that your hats' size are not very consistent.

Absolutly the worst service and communication. Bold lies about delivery times. Lies that product was sent but only a label was printed, when called out there was no response. Product took 3 weeks to get here, so much for 3 day delivery.
Dont waste your time as product is mediocre at best on top of it
