I love your work BUT...
I love your work, BUT I don't understand why the sizing is not consistent. I don't think it's right to pay for a roulette wheel, where I order the same size every time, but the hats I've paid for arrive too big or too small - and your inability to provide a hat that fits is not acceptable. Of the 10 or so hats I have ordered (all the same size!) from you over the last 7 years three were too large, two were too small. I'm sorry, I'll be looking elsewhere in the future.
