Classic Value in a Panama hat.

I recently purchased a white fedora from Panama Hat Mall. The hat was exactly as described. Delivery was very fast. The real value is in the quality. The hat is extremely light weight and very comfortable. I live in the desert and wear a hat all the time. This hat has become my "go to" hat. Classic style, well made, and comfortable. I will definitely be back for more.

I sent email asking for return because the hats were too large. I never received the necessary information and I'm left with two hats one a color I didn't order and also to large and the other just too large. I'm not a happy camper I will never order again for you

Amazing hats, so amazingly beautiful!

I received two hats that I bought very quickly, in Jerusalem. The hats I knew they were beautiful but when I saw them in reality they are amazing!!! Truly, lovely finished, so light and so amazingly done even the one that is just category 'fine' is just beautiful! Many thanks to the people who make this beautiful hats and to the ones who organize the marketing!

Hat received 2 sizes too small

Hat received 1 1/2 months after ordering.
Although the hat size says 58 it is actually 56. They were slow to respond to emails, if I received a response it was about 10 days later. Free shipping never happened although they advertised it. They asked me to take measurements of the hat and send pictures. 2 weeks later and no response.
The quality of the hat looks very good. If my head shrinks two hat sizes I will be able to wear it. Ending up ordering a Panama hat from Australia.

I paid for a 60 cm hat, and in the box was a 58 cm circumference. It's not ok. The hat is fine, but it's not for my size.

I would live to leave a positive review, however I never received my order. I have been waiting and requested information a couple of times got the tracking information, which is useless, and gave up.

A bent hat and bad customer service.

UPDATE: I have not received any email from Panama hats to resolve my issue. No options have been presented by email or any other form of communication.

I purchased a hat and a hat box. The box is to small for the hat and the hat was shipped in the hat box. So now the hat is oddly bent and emails with customer service are going no where. Customer service simply does not reply and when they finally do, it doesn't address my issue. I have requested an RMA to return the items since dealing with customer service has gone so badly. Hopefully that will work for me.

I do not believe you are working really hard to improve your products and give your customers the best service you can.
