Family holiday to Agia Marina, Crete, rented a Panda !
The staff at Pan Car Agia Marina office were really friendly and extremely helpful. Booked on line and got a free upgrade ! When I picked up my car, the guy gave me a free map and showed me all of the good places to visit. Can not fault the service, excellent.

The rental company you should use!
What a great company! I could not recommend PanCar enough! The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable of the island. From emailing back and forth to bringing back the car the service from staff throughout this whole process was the best.
The price was extremely reasonable and there wasn’t a massive deposit to lay down when you get there. We decided to upgrade to a 4x4 and had the most amazing time exploring Crete.
During our trip we did actually damage the car and although our full excess was €800 we only paid €160 in damages. Which was extremely reasonable and a relief! We were over the moon with how fair PanCar were.
After we returned the car the staff also offered us a ride back to our hotel too which was a lovely gesture!
Hands down has to be the best rental car company we have ever used. If you’re in the Chania area and looking to rent a car, this is the company to use. Staff, price, fairness, the cars and the company as a whole. It doesn’t get any better than this!!

We have used pan car from both chania and heraklion airports. They have proved reliable and helpful. Representatives meet you at the airport and take you to your car. We would not hesitate to recommend them and will always use them when in crete
