Kung Pao Chicken and Naomi

The Panda Express in Newnan is wonderful. The food is wonderful as well. If you love Kung Pao Chicken, you will not get it more authentic than Panda Express in the U.S. Also, an employee named Naomi was extremely helpful and kind. All of the food was wonderful. I purchased the family bundle with Kung Pao, Sesame Chicken, and Black Pepper Steak. I also added the new Firecracker Shrimp as an extra item.

I just ate at Panda Express at Stephenville in Texas, and let me tell you…I have never been in any Panda Express as DURTY as this one, there is food on the floor in the eating area, but the inside, where the food is being prepared. It is a lot worst, it was very bad, needs better management…

Today

Today, I went to Panda Express #1597 in Orlando, Florida, at approximately 3:48 pm to buy food for my family. When I got to the restaurant, the employee asked me what I wanted and wrote it on the plates. She told me I had to pay before she served me the food. I thought it was extraordinary, but then I realized that they did not have enough Chow mein prepared, and I had to wait an additional 10 to 15 minutes while they prepared the Chow mein and gave me the food. During that waiting time, one of my children asked me to change the order if possible. It was to change orange chicken to honey sesame chicken breast. The food had yet to be served, and I asked the employee if she could change the meat. With a rude attitude, she replied no, because I had already paid. I understand that each restaurant has policies and rules, but I paid first because the employee asked for it. They wanted to speed up the process because they were preparing more food. The employee's attitude bothered me. I understand that customer service is a priority in a food establishment, and if it had been necessary to pay additional money, it would have been done without problems. I work in a hospital, and a patient's satisfaction is a priority. I will never return to where they treated me with such a rude attitude. Unfortunately, I do not have the employee's name, but this is the store, and it was not Andrea who charged me but her co-worker who served the food. A piece of advice: remember that we are the customers who support your company, and poor customer service can have severe consequences in the future. I have many options, and I do not have to return to a place that has treated me rudely

Be carful over charging

Be carful, watch out theirs cashier’s workers. They over charge you. They didn’t opened up to see what’s inside the boxes when they can’t read the order that wrote on the boxes.
It happened to me. They add $1.5 for an extra that I didn’t order. How many customers have they been ripped of?

Orange Chicken...

Now Panda Express has its ups and its downs. Like for example their Orange Chicken is amazing, but on the inside it is filled with chicken fat. Everyday I hope that there is no fat in the chicken.

Clayton and Craig in Las Vegas

Clayton and Craig – Thursday, March 21st 2024 at approximately 9p
Via my email, I received a Birthday Gift from my favorite fast-food restaurant,
Panda Express. I told the server it was my birthday gift (who wished me a HB) and ordered a $10 plate,
You know the one with 2 entrees. I told her for my free BG 3rd dish, I wanted the steak dish. That I also
wanted the Teriyaki chicken and the mushroom chicken and the mushroom chicken had yet to be prepared. I got my receipt so I could www some more perks when I saw the bill was $12+.
May I speak to the manager? I told her that was wrong b/c there was to be no upcharge for the BG.
She told me that b/c the mushroom chicken was the last dish prepared that that would be the
one to be discounted and she would not change the bill. I told her I specifically told the server (b/c I knew) that I wanted the steak for my BG and as the server was right there, I told her to ask her. SHE DID NOT. Be she did continue in letting me know that my BG would not be added back to my account and I always mess up my order. About 3 months ago Panda Corp added about 500 points back to my account b/c this same manager charged me approximately 500 points for something I was to receive for free if I made a purchase. This time when she saw it was me…let me put it this way – if she were a man, there was a definite Chubby situation going on there with her, in which case you just state your case and avoid unnecessary confrontation.
It’s a blessing to eat a meal after your day is done. Peanut butter and jelly with a glass of milk or 2 is one of the greatest BGs one can have.

I don't care how bad the reviews are for this place. Every time I'm left craving more. The Apple Pie Rolls are amazing, Orange Chicken never gets old. The Honey Walnut Shrimp is soooo good.

Everyone is over reacting, people only go on reviews sites when they are mad to leave a bad review. This place doesn't have enough reviews like mine.

We eat here often and are almost always satisfied. Today we ordered two big plates and received approximately half the portions of all four items that we typically receive. The food appeared old, shriveled, and made me feel as though they had served us the last bit of dried sticky leftovers. Very disappointed. There are too many other options in Sherman Texas to receive this crap.

Panda express is better than most…

Panda express is better than most fast-food restaurant, but not the best. Panda express consists of many different foods to choose from like orange chicken, Kung pao chicken, Chow mein, Grilled teriyaki chicken, Broccoli beef, steamed vegetables, Shanghai angus steak, and Honey walnut shrimp. My favorite recommendation from this restaurant is the orange chicken and the chow mein. Compared to other food these two give me the best result when it comes to presentation Aswell as taste. Orange chicken is fried chicken glazed with sweet chili orange chicken sauce while chow mein are noodles and chicken dipped in soy sauce.

Customer service is actually better than what you would expect compared to other fast-food chain from the panda I attended (Lilburn, GA). The first time I went there they recommended me their fried rice and orange chicken which was one of my favorite meals to get a couple months back, until I started regularly ordering chow mein with orange chicken. From what I remember they were nice and quick with my order, and they also have a glass window where you can see all the food they make. You also get to see how much there putting on your plate and they ask you if “you want more or less” which I think is a nice gesture, because you get to see what you’re getting and don’t have to wait until you get the bag to change your order. They also ask to help donate money to children hospital which I think is a positive push in our community, which is why I think their customer service is better than most fast-food chain restaurant.

Presentation on the restaurant is not going to be the best, but you have to keep in mind that this is still a fast-food restaurant, so it not going to look the prettiest when it comes to presentation. They however keep the restaurant neat and clean I wish I could say the same for the bathroom but it’s a different story when it comes to presentation in there. I understand that it’s a public restroom but the several number of times I’ve been there; there is usually no tissues, or toilet paper to use. Other than their restroom, presentation is very neat, and they also have a nice window view of highway 78.

Customers at panda express are also very friendly there Aswell. They usually don’t have allot of customers inside, but when they do; they usually have no complaint from customer from the times I remember coming in. This shows that this business is really good at satisfying their customer needs. They also have clean tables where people can set-up if they want to work, study, or watch videos while they eat, which I think is perfect for the restaurant environment because its never loud inside the establishment and the atmosphere is very calm and relaxing.

When it comes to Pricing in panda express it is not bad, but not the best. The price in panda express has increased dramatically for a family meal from 2021-2023. The family meal from 2021 was 20 dollars until it increased to 29 dollars in 2022. In 2023 it raised up again to 35 dollars which I think is too much for a family meal, but there are meals that are under 20$ for example: plates, bowls, kid meal, and panda bundle. In my opinion I think the pricing is not bad depending on what you’re getting.

In conclusion I think panda express is better than most fast-food chain restaurant, but not the best. It definitely could use a bit more improvement to help compete another fast-food restaurant, but they’re not bad enough to where they need to. My favorite part about this restaurant though is their calm atmosphere in the establishment, Aswell as their positivity for the community by donating money to the children hospital. In other words, I would recommend come grabbing a bite to eat at this restaurant if your close by and wishing to try out new things.

Order is ALWAYS wrong

We typically hit the drive thru once a week. More often than not, the order is wrong, so I always check it before driving off. This time one of the entrees wasn't ready, so I had to drive around to the front and wait. Once I received my order at the curb, I checked the bag, and of course they forgot the soy sauce I requested. I returned inside to get my sauce and expressed my displeasure. As can be seen by other reviewers, and was my experience, there was a lousy interaction with what I expect was the manager. Anyone ever wonder how they can afford to pay "managers" $75k - $100k per year? Take a close look at the quality and portion size. $15 bucks for $3 of food, that's how. Manager stated, "see you next time". No, no you won't. Here's a tip, next time simply say, "I am sorry we didn't get your order right, what can I do to make it up to you?" Customer service 101, which this organization clearly doesn't teach it's people.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I never leave a review but feel the Euless Texas store manager needs to be FIRED! It’s dinner hour and he is the one server and cashier. They have two cooks, one girl only waits on the online orders as 20 of us are in line to be waited on! No SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will never eat their again!

Not real Chinese food

The food is far from authentic Chinese food. But there are a few dishes that taste OK. Different staff give you different portions of food, which is not good. Prices are OK.

Employees are the worst

Employees are the worst, they assume you know all that comes in a plate and get angry if you ask. I like the food, but since in all locations seems to be the norm, I won't come back, doesn't worth to see angry people giving me food. Plus, they don't bring the card terminal to the drive thru, just take your card and disappear. Expensive for fast food as well. $8.20 for a rice bowl.
