Employees are the worst

Employees are the worst, they assume you know all that comes in a plate and get angry if you ask. I like the food, but since in all locations seems to be the norm, I won't come back, doesn't worth to see angry people giving me food. Plus, they don't bring the card terminal to the drive thru, just take your card and disappear. Expensive for fast food as well. $8.20 for a rice bowl.

Never give enough product. Trained to give
More noodles are rice.
I got make commitment not to give them my business. Same every branch I go. Shouldn't have to instruck them on

Horrible customer service and service Wednesday and today

I wasn’t going to make this a big deal but since nothing got done and the two employees wanted to continue being immature with the rest of the staff here we are. I went through panda drive through around 8:30pm/9pm on Wednesday and or of cream cheese Rangoons and two drinks. The girls specifically asked me what did I want for my side multiple times and I told them broccoli beef. I get to the window and there’s two girls working drive thru (one is white one is Asian i couldn’t get either of there names and that’s how the employee described them to me) both had horrible attitudes both always get talks by managers and nothing ever seriously done from what the shift lead told me that spoke to me that there’s been problems with those two specifically. They give me a plate with two drinks and it states 1 side on the receipt, I get the plate and she walks away (the Asian) we wait 5-10min before the same girl comes back and asks if we need anything and we said our orders of Rangoons and I didn’t get charged right, she went to go get the other girl that wears a black hat with hat pins on it and she came with an attitude removing and putting back on her head set, sticking out her ear and saying everything with a preppy attitude. She then told us “I told you to go park” when she did not speak to us. I explain that the order is wrong and we ordered 4 orders of Rangoons she then proceeded to say “I know that’s why it’s $1 and change for 4 pieces and I said to park, so now your going to have to go around and re order. I drive around to re order what they forgot to charge me for, plus my order I already paid for. I get to the drive thru I tell them it’s me from the window order, and I want to order 3 orders and grab my 1st order as well. I get to the window and I pay for the order and was told to still go park but something seemed off so I checked the receipt. It was for an order of a plate for the car behind me plus three orders of the Rangoons and my order I already paid for. I waited for her to come back to the window and on her way back she walks up and says “I know I messed up” and walked a foot away to talk to the other girl also working drive thru as that’s happening that girl is walking up to her and saying “did they notice” before the girl who messed up could even say what she was going to say. We hear the girl say “yes they noticed and they are asking for a refund” the girl with the black hat tells us “all we can do is get you another plate or more Rangoons that’s all nothing else” I tell her grab a manager and she brings the shift lead and the shift lead tells me she came to speak to me basically because the manager wouldn’t have done what she did and he didn’t want to deal with it. The shift lead parks us to talk about the situation and even she didn’t understand what we were saying. She got everything mixed up as well. As we’re talking to her our food is getting cold and drinks are watered down. She does everything it takes in her to not have to do a cash refund she’s offering everything in the book basically. I go order today on Friday afternoon and the same girls are working drive thru. As soon as the Asian notices us she walks over to the other girl and they start laughing so loud that they get told to be quiet but they still laugh and some other females in the staff also started laughing. It was easy to re order everything because the guy said they all heard about the story and everyone has been talking about it and the girls just find it hilariously funny and think it’s cute giving customers attitude, arguing back and forth having customers go around and around for a mistake and simple task they can’t get. I’ve never had issues with staff except those two workers every single time it never fails. And I know none of them personally so I’m not sure what the attitude or preppy vibes are for. The shift lead stated all they get is talked to and they’ve been having problems with the staff. I asked to speak to the manager on shift and he walks up to me and says he knows what I wanted to tell him because he heard about it and he spoke to them but as we were speaking to him the girls were laughing so loud you would think panda was packed that day and so loud but there was very few customers. I go to that panda daily and regularly since it’s close to me but now because of those two always working the drive thru I can’t waste time knowing how they are and if my order continues getting messed up by them as usual so I have to drive to the other location. It’s ridiculous. I don’t ever complain but when it’s something like this I will speak up.

Very Prejudice

While being served by Masayo i saw another staff offer to a customer to taste a new flavour shrimp,I asked Masayo to try this same shrimp and she told me i could not sample it because tasting is not allowed, i then asked how was the lady infront me allowed to try? she said it was the mother of the staff member so he allowed her to try it.If Panda has a no taste policy it should be for EVERYONE. Every customer should be treated equally!!

The manager took my four orders

The manager took my four orders, then sat my orders aside and proceeded to move on to the next 3 customers behind me. Left me wondering why my orders are left open in the box getting cold waiting on someone else to come finish checking me out. Another employee finally approached me to ask if I had been helped yet after 5 to 10 minutes? I told her yeah, I had thought so but he left me to go start working with others. Normally may not have bothered me as much but had another place to be and wanted to have the food hot and fresh.

Over price and not good taste

I went panda express last night(August 18,2023 pacita san pedro branch), it was 8 30pm, we have not much option for dinner, I had panda express before 1 time, that time wasn't good expranced, but I did try again it was same not good. Price is over high and tax isn't included price that Manu, and chowmeine was no taste at all and my ice tee has smell bad in the cup. Even changed drink and still bad smell, I asked manger to smell it, he refused and no smell in the drink, I told him it was from cup not drink. He just changed drink but seems like de doesn't listen he still serve same size cups others. If only me get that smell maybe I was critical but my wife also get same smell.
Overall taste not good enough what I paid for. I will not go anymore panda express in my life. By the way I had taste other country also I remembered it wasn't that bad.

OK first off...I'm no hater

OK first off...I'm no hater. Just a retired F&B manager after being in the Hospitality Industry for over 35 years. Really? The service sucks there but they have very good food but when I order just a simple little accompaniment like a hot pepper (that is used in the Kung Pao Chicken) to top off my $11.01 dinner, the food server kid employee says, "sorry sir, I can't do that" So, that puts me right at 212 degrees, right? So I say, "can I speak to the manager?" So he goes to get the manager and I repeat my question to him and he says pretty much the same thing: "sorry sir, its a company policy" At that point, my hunger took over my patience and I asked for who the district manager is and he said Kristina.

So, Kristina, I hope you will read this (because I checked the little box that says "Let Panda Express know about your review" I would appreciate an explanation to what the policy states to this rather insane, but largely very important experience, OK? Horrible service …

Ordered a bigger plate online last night. It usually lasts me for three meals. I asked the employee. are there sauces in the bag? Yes, get home to find no sauce, the string bean chicken was two shred of chicken with all string beans, literally a tablespoon of kung pao chicken , no sauce and no taste to the food. Corporate does not give a flying fig about customer complaints. I reached out to them after buying 3 family feast meals for a birthday celebration and most of the containers were barely half full. So in reality I paid for three feasts and got about one and a half. They promised me coupons which I never got. Customer service is horrible. They are rude and just don’t care. Never again.

no meat in beef and broccoli

I asked for a beef and broccoli and got broccoli in my bowl so I got broccoli for 8 plus bucks and some rice that doesn't cost much to make at home. ok I really got one pinky tip shaped beef like to rub it in. I think the drive thru lady thought i was being rude as I thought she may have been or not have been talking to me in her earpiece.

My name is David

My name is David. I had a job interview at the the restaurant on Baseline in Highland Ca. My interview was at 12:30. I was there at 12. The hiring manager was done by 12:15 with the other interviews and the hiring manager went to do other things. 12:30 came and the hiring manager was still doing other things. By the time that 12:50 came I got up to talk to him and he told me that he had no more time to do a job interview. That wasn't accurate because he had enough time. He told me that they will call me or email me for a new date but it's been almost 2 weeks since that day. That hiring manager is unprofessional.

Useless restaurant

Useless restaurant‼️‼️ Fraud‼️. They paid Uber eat to put them as number one gold member so they can scam customers. We ordered through Uber eat and found out the restaurant is in Portsmouth and we’re in Southampton, we tried to cancel immediately and couldn’t find a cancel feature. We called the restaurant and the person who picked waited for me to finish talking then said ‘I don’t speak English’ seriously? A restaurant customer service can not speak English, a restaurant Uber eat listed as number one? This is FRAUD. It is impossible for me to pick up that order. I want my money back. You can’t open a restaurant and claim you can’t speak English then defraud people. Such a shame. Give me my money back
