I ordered two sets of 4 inks but only one set arrived. Not very happy. Service was prompt but missing 50% of the order!!

I bought these for an Epson printer. Speedy delivery, easy to install and despite protestations from the machine to the effect that I was not using genuine products these are performing beautifully. Another bonus is that ink levels are displayed by the machine diagnostics as per genuine cartridges.
The price was attractive and a two-for-the-price-of-one offer was the icing on the cake.

Delivery was really slow, taking ten days. To be fair, when the cartridges arrived they were of good quality and the price was very competitive. To sum up ---a very good product, reasonably priced but the overall experience was rather spoiled by a poor delivery service.

The cartridges arrived quickly. Communication was a little slow, i wasn't informed of the items being despatched until the day they arrived.

This is the first time I used Panda Ink Cartridges, the whole process was very smooth. There was a delay in delivery and they were very quick to resolve the issue, very courteous as well. I think they are great value for money.
