Easy to order & nice to deal with. We ordered a front door & door frame. Great quality, 12 year paint guarantee & quality fitters, knowledgeable, caring, neat & tidy. When I move house if I need to replace doors & windows I will order from this company again. They are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for!

The door frame was incorrectly measured so when it was installed we had to have a temporary piece fitted and then waited a few weeks for the correct size frame.
The fitters were polite and efficient and the doors were very nice.

Excellent fitters, very polite. There was an issue with the door (not p&p’s fault) but was sorted by p & p very quickly. Love the door.

I approached P&P in the latter part of 2020 to assist in replacing my windows and from the get go they were helpful and very responsive. They kept me update with the timeline, which was longer than normal due to COVID, and were always very professional but friendly and easy to deal with. Their quote was far superior to others and the work done was really great and the windows look brilliant.

This is the second time we’ve used P&P glass, and again the quality of service, product and installation is top notch. I have yet to use any trades that match their levels if professionalism.

We have gradually replaced many of our windows with P & P Glass double glazed windows including replacing the glazing in our orangery. They arrived fully decorated in our chosen colours and all now look wonderful and are a pleasure to use. The service we received for both the survey and ordering followed by the installation has been excellent. They even included small pots of the matching paint in case we needed to touch up.
