The windows are a fine construction and finish

Unfortunately the installation was disappointing, leaving much remedial work for another .

The service we received from P & P Glass was faultless from start to finish, they were friendly and helpful at all times, and gave me a realistic timescale as to when they would be able to carry out the work requested. In fact they exceeded expectation by being able to complete it earlier than the original date quoted. When they came to fit our new front door, they were as tidy as they could be, hoovering up the brick dust as much as they could. I was impressed that when they discovered that a piece of work that they had quoted for was not needed, the credit note for the extra amount was issued, and the final payment amount due reduced without my having to ask. I think they are very professional and would not hesitate to recommend them

Have used P & P a couple of times now and been really impressed with them. Their prices are competitive, the fitters are brilliant and the whole system is easy to use and professional. Would highly recommend them.

Really pleased with the final quality of new front door, wish we had done it years ago. The design and ordering process was very detailed and took quite a while, but the attention to detail and end result was worth the wait. The two guys who installed it were very polite and tidy. Would use them again and recommend to anyone.

New front door fitted in August. Delivery and fitting was done ahead of the date we were given when the order was placed (originally told September). The fitters arrived at exactly the time that we were given, they introduced themselves, were very polite and professional, done a really good job and cleaned up when they finished.

Vey pleased with kitchen windows/s and new door. Whole experience went smoothly from coming to carry out the survey and installation. in fact company was ready to install before I was ready- didn’t prove a problem and once here to do the work all done very well. Product exceeds expectation in terms of provided locking mechanism etc and my wife has been showing off new door in particular- much more sturdy and secure that the one it replaced.

Excellent, professional service from showroom to fitting. Everyone did a very good job, special mention of the fitters who worked tirelessly, quietly, cleanly and were very polite. They did it all with very little upheaval. Should add the windows are brilliant, look superb and have excellent sound proofing, couldn’t be more pleased. Now thinking about replacing other windows.

P&P glass were great to deal with all the way though the process, and we are happy with the finished skylight.

Love my door, the whole process was painless, the installation team did a high quality job and the price was fair.

Our conservatory was installed 7 years ago and unfortunately one of the roofs glass units had blown.
One trip to see the guys a few weeks ago, glass was ordered and today they came to replace the faulty pane, doors adjusted too.
Such excellent service from a great bunch of people.

2nd installation of a door and windows for our new garage, to match the original order for windows and French windows for our extension to the house.
