I had a fantastic experience with P&P Glass for my recent windows and doors installation. Their customer service was top-notch, providing helpful guidance and making the entire process stress-free. Managed to get a quote and a date booked in within a couple of days, very quick service - arrived and left fixing our upstairs window within a couple of hours!

We paid for P&P to replace the glass in our bi-folding doors (that P&P had installed a number of years ago). Before P&P arrived to replace the glass, the doors worked, albeit they were not as smooth as new, but that was to be expected. P&P reviewed the doors before asking us to pay for the new panes. The installers arrived, installed the new panes and did not check the doors before leaving. We tried to open the doors later that day to find out that they were completely unusable, due to the work performed by P&P. P&P returned and confirmed that the doors would no longer open. P&P have offered no compensation for breaking the doors and no offer of a refund for the money paid for the new panes, despite multiple attempts to resolve. In fact, they continued to request full and final payment for the outstanding amounts. As it stands, the only "settlement" offered is to not pay the (relatively small) amount still outstanding. I am sure their reply will be as inaccurate as their emails to me, trying to avoid addressing the issue they have created. Please read any response with caution, it is highly likely to be factually incorrect, but will probably be a good example of their tactics to avoid addressing a problem they have created. We have ended up replacing the doors using a reputable supplier for Origin and would recommend anyone considering P&P to look elsewhere. We are now left with the situation of having to consider legal action against P&P to recoup the costs of the damage they created.

Jul 2023 - a new front door unit and replacement sash window fitted by P&P’s excellent team. Efficient, diligent, friendly and professional service from the installation team. Product is first rate and has transformed our home. 4 months lead time from order to installation but worth the wait. Recommended.

Strongly recommend. P&P replaced 12 windows upstairs and downstairs, and did a really nice job. They worked hard to minimise dust and disruption and cleared up and hoovered very thoroughly at the end of the day. Everyone we dealt with was very pleasant and helpful.

It took a few months from order to installation, but we were kept well informed.

P&P have just installed a complete new roof of glass for us in our conservatory. It was difficult to find an installer to take this on but P&P did a great job. Everything completed on time and budget and all left very tidy. So I would not hesitate to recommend them for similar projects.

We’ve just had new windows (Evolution) and doors (Timber Windows) installed at our house in Battersea. P&P were extremely helpful and patient in helping us decide on the design and manufacturer and we are very pleased with the results. Any niggles during installation were resolved quickly and entirely to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend them.

Just had a very aggressive P&P van driving along Horley lane tailgating us despite us driving at the speed limit. Rainy weather and a toddler and baby in the car didn’t seem to matter to them. If these are the kind of people P&P employ and expect to let into your home or place of work - think again!!

P and P glass fitted bifold doors for us 7 years ago and have just moved them from the original place to our new extension. What an amazing job they have done.
Their customer service is always exceptional as is their workmanship and products.

Extremely happy, we had a large dormer window fitted and it is fabulous. The team that fitted it were lovely genuine people and exuded competence (Tim & John). It was fun having them around actually and they were done in no time.

We ordered a wooden door from P&P glass after they (Jack) convinced us that the threshold of the composite door we wanted was higher than our existing door. As this was a major criterion for us, we agreed to the higher price of the wooden door.
The door was installed in November, however the threshold is over 3cm higher than the previous door. There were also issues with the installation which mean the esthetics are far from ideal. Throughout the installation and subsequent conversations, the P&P team (Ken) have told us 4 different versions of why our door was measured / installed in that way and what could / could not be done to rectify it.
For over 2 months we have been patient. We have found compromises to mitigate the structural issues that the door creates. We have been open to considering other solutions which would involve minimal work for P&P. Unfortunately we got to the point where we can no longer wait. We were actually told by Jack that we "should appreciate it that P&P are not putting our works at the back of their 22-week installation list"!

Wimbledon branch. was well worth paying a little extra. 6yrs ago they installed front door in my rental house. Good quality and v good after care service.
Minor problems were dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner.

Work involved a new kitchen door and the replacement of one half of a glass patio door. Unfortunately the team were not able to install the replacement glass panel, professing not to have the know-how to undertake the task. A different team came in the next day and did the job quickly and without any drama.
The "average" score relates to our poor experience with the "first team". I suspect it would have been higher if the more competent and professional "second team" had done the whole job.

This timber sash window was our sixth installation by P&P over a number of years, after several other sash windows plus upvc casement and a door; we had the same good advice, timely updates about status of our order, courteous and skilful installers , and we are extremely pleased with the quality of the window. Highly recommended!

Overall they did a very good job. They offer a high quality product. However, the communication after the sale was a little patchy. I’d been led to agree that the job would be completed in June/early July. Took until end of August and I had to chase got clarity and news. I suspect the challenges of Brexit and Covid were the main cause. But they could have let me know. However, I would use them again and would recommend
