Very pleased with my double-glazed round window in its painted wood frame. The surveyor and fitter were both pleasant to deal with. Worth the wait.

Our story is simple enough. We have a Victorian house and some of the windows were dead and had secondary glazing. We had quotes from 3 vendors all roughly coming in at 5k a window. We liked the approach and styles offered by P and P glass. The order was straight forward and the time lines accurate. The installation team were outstanding, their professionalism during the day second to none. A French family member also visited and said the work was excellent. They are so good in fact we are ordering another 3 windows. It’s not cheap but they deliver exactly what they say. We are very happy and happy to recommend the firm and personnel. I hope that’s helpful.

Communication could have been better and one of the window locks does not seem to work.

The windows and doors provided are superb and great quality. Our stain glass window is so beautiful.
The staff who took the order were friendly and helpful. Just one small area for improvement -there was a little damage to our decorations.

Showroom staff very nice . Surveyor ok but didn’t actually get the porch door measurement correct so fitters had to make mods to porch roof so that door could open ??

We live in a second floor apartment and a large double glazed window failed. A number of companies declined to quote due to difficulty of getting the glass to the frame. P&P took on the job and completed it with flying colours today. A cheerful team somehow got it up 4 flights of stairs and removed the damaged glass replacing with the new sealed unit. All done with courtesy and good humour. A sign of a fine company.

I think that I submitted a review for the first part of the contract a few months ago. We were very pleased with P & P glass from every aspect this time as before.

We visited P&P Glass when looking to replace our existing patio doors. The showroom was great and had a good range of doors on display. We met the Sales Manager and listed our requirements. Initially we opted for another set of sliding doors and received a quote a few days later. Having discussed these doors we returned and changed our minds to French doors. After receiving a quote for these we decided that they were the right choice for us. We paid a small deposit and a couple of days later a surveyor came to our property to measure up and discuss door furniture. He also took us through the installation process and gave us an estimated date for the installation. A few weeks later we were notified of the installation date and agreed it. This was sooner than expected which was great. The installation guys arrived as planned and installed the doors.
Everything throughout the process was perfect and the finished product surpassed our expectations. The installation guys were very professional, knowledgeable and extremely tidy.
I would certainly recommend P&P Glass and would have no hesitation in using them again in the future.

While we had to wait several months for the windows to be manufactured and supplied, the installation was carried out efficiently and cleanly.

Not the cheapest but the quality is superb and the fitters were excellent. Worth every penny.
