P&P staff, as on the previous occasion when we used P&P, were efficient, polite and helpful. The fitters who installed the windows were very efficient, pleasant and cleared up assiduously

PandP have just fitted two replacement Evolution windows and a patio door and screen. They were polite and efficient as they were on all previous occasions when they replaced every other window in the house over a ten year period. I would be happy to recommend them to others.

Ken and his team at P+P Glass made the whole experience run smoothly from initial consultation to installation. The installation team were amazing, the windows on our Edwardian house are huge making the process tricky. BUT they knew exactly how to overcome any difficulty working efficiently and in good humour. We are very pleased with our beautiful and well made wooden windows.

Great craftsmanship, excellent product, installation fast and professional. Some administrative problems. The company is divided into Timber Windows (TW) and P&PGlass (PPG) and this led to two problems. 1. The original sales quotation was created by TW. The survey was done by PPG. This created variations to the details of that quotation but these were not transmitted back to TW to update the price . So the estimate was accepted and confirmed on the original estimated price. TW came back much later after confirmation of acceptance of the quote, requesting an increase 2. Some detail from the survey were not transmitted to the installation team. I.e. moving the door from the back of the reveal to front. This caused small delay in completion.as further materials were required. Small detail but the difference between 4 or 5 stars.

I had windows and doors installed several years ago. Recently a couple of issues arose where the trickle vent cover snapped and a door handle failed. The aftercare service was excellent. Staff were friendly and responsive. The engineer fixed the problem in 15 minutes - came in, did his job, no messing about. Highly commendable all round

Absolutely in love with our new windows installed on our listed property. An easy company to deal with for the numerous quotes I requested (thank you Jade for being so patient and getting them over to us quickly) and the fitters were polite and did a great job.

The Patio doors were good quality and the installers were efficient, friendly and took great care in their work. They turned up when they said they would and tidied up thoroughly afterwards.

EDITED 1/1/2025: I increased my score from 3 to 5 stars as I have received excellent service to correct the issue with the design in the windows. The team are going to replace them with the preferred sizing of the design. I am impressed as they are under no imperative to do so given it was delivered to the spec I had signed off. The product will take time to be delivered but it will be worth it. Thank you P&P glass. This is over and above and I am grateful.

I have found it hard to score and given an average (EDITED - I started at 3 stars overall). Working backwards from installation

Installation - brilliant. Wonderful team who were punctual, fun, knowledgeable and worked efficiently and to an excellent standard. 5 stars

On site review by engineer. He was polite and punctual and did a great job. He had not received accurate information from the sales person though but he fed back and the design was corrected. 5 stars.

Salesperson. 2 stars: Didn’t listen to us. We pointed to the type of window in the door we wanted in the showroom. And he didn’t include that in the design. And then when it was picked up by the engineer that we had asked for a different type to that which showed in the order they got back in touch. But the design was not as we picked in the showroom with a 1.5cm clear border of glass within sandblasted pane. It was made much wider and now whenever I look at the door it annoys me. I didn’t see anywhere the size of border. I agreed with the design for the side window. But the ones in the door are just silly and too large as they match the window and the width of the clear part is too big. The salesperson also did lots of measuring of windows we wanted to have rehung or re-glazed etc then never got someone from the windows dept to get in touch having implied it would be no problem.
