Total Scam Of A Company Ordered TikTok Live Views - Never Happened Complained And They Promised To Sort It - Still Never Happened Still Waiting For Refund Which I Can't See That Happening. Do Not Use This Sham Company

Paid $15 for an reddit account. Immediately locked on login.
They tell me to verify via Outlook. The Outlook account is locked too.
I ask for the recovery email—the one they claim exists in their own instructions. Their response? "There is none."

So begins the loop: back and forth, each message more useless than the last. Eventually, they say they'll "look into it." Then silence. Two weeks of nothing.

Their own instructions promise a recovery email. Their support denies it exists. The account is dead on arrival. The money is gone. So is any pretense of service.

Stay far away.

Wouldnt issue a refund for no reason at all, wuick response was the only thing that granted a 1 star if i could i would do 0. The instructions werent clear and required extra unnecessary steps for genuinely no reason which wasnt specificly provided at time of purchase, honestly just dont use and find an alternative. 🥀🧱🚿🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🧱🦧🐒🦍

This company is a big scam! They take your money and will never deliver the service and when you request a refund, they keep writing the same email message over and over again, which doesn't resolve anything. Complete waste of time and money.

The website has a polished and professional vibe. It’s user-friendly, and the checkout process gives you peace of mind with secure payments through Stripe, plus some crypto options if that’s your thing. Their support team is pretty quick to respond too you can usually expect a reply within 24 hours.

They’re also upfront about what they offer. You’re getting high-retention subscribers designed to enhance your channel’s image and make it seem more established. They don’t make exaggerated claims about these subscribers watching your videos or engaging with your content, which I really appreciate.

Scam, never received what I paid for, no response, nothing, just waste of time and money

Scam. Never received my order and refused to refund

SCAM. Purchased 1000 X followers, they came through instantly (not one at a time, literally instantly) and I lost them all hours later. Many emails back and forth and they said they can't refund me and I never got the followers.

Scam. I didn’t receive my order.

Paid for some YT follows to boost a new channel, as growth is most challenging in the beginning for most people. They were added, then immediately removed. I complained to the site admin, they said they would fix the problem, followers were re-added, then immediately removed again. I did this a few times and gave up as it was clear the people running the site did not care and the same thing would keep happening. Don't use this service.

paid for 1000 followers got 1000 followers for 10 hours then all 1000 were removed.

They didn’t deliver anything to you and also they did’t return back any money. They are scammers don’t buy any services from them never ever

I purchased TikTok likes multiple times (17 separate orders) from SocialPlug.
The likes were initially delivered, however months later they were completely removed from all posts by TikTok, without any action or fault on my part.

As a result, the digital service no longer exists, meaning I ultimately did not receive what I paid for.

I contacted SocialPlug repeatedly and provided full evidence. Their support confirmed the drops but refused a refund, relying on an internal “7-day policy”, even though the removal happened months after delivery and could not reasonably be reported earlier.

Under EU consumer protection rules for digital services, a service must be in conformity with the contract and have reasonable durability. In this case, it did not.

I am currently pursuing the matter through my bank (chargeback) and European consumer authorities.

This review is posted to share my real experience and warn other consumers.

I paid for views on Tiktok. They "tried" THREE times to fulfill this order but never did. They put the views on ONE video and it got flagged by tiktok THREE times. Not to mention NONE of the views ever went to my insights which is what you need to get on the creator fund. They took the money and did NOT provide the service.

I payed for adding upvotes to my subreddit, and a few hours later, my subreddit got banned.

I have sent them a mail, to see if they were willing to take responsibility, and the answer was no! and no refund as well.

Massive scam. I ordered an account and two days later still didn't get anything, even though on their site they claim it will be sent in 5 minutes from payment. Avoid at all costs

I was told that socialplug is a very helpful service from friends who also use it. I also started using it and I find their staff friendly, responsive and very helpful. I highly recommend it.

AVOID don’t be fooled by some good reviews most are fake
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THE SUBSCRIBERS WILL VANISH
They will refill but that’s it they won’t do anymore and these subscribers will vanish again do not waste your time
