This company is pure scam. I purchased their services because they promised immediate delivery, but after one month they are still giving excuses about “technical difficulties” and have not delivered anything. Even worse, they refuse to issue a refund.

I bought 5k TikTok followers. 7 days later all of them disappeared all at the same time. They refused to refund or refill.
This was after I pointed out their false advertising and fake accounts that were from other countries.

Absolute scammers, failing to deliver for over 2 weeks, 0 followers gained, money taken, they say they can’t refund and keep promising to fulfil the order but as anyone can guess the order never gets delivered. Do not buy anything from this fraudulent site.

Used this service for Spotify monthly listeners. The company claims a 100% account guarantee and that their service is genuine users. This was a lie. Their technical support responses are quick but they soon claimed it was not their problem when Spotify removed a whole album due to their service. DO NOT USE

Bought 20 github followers two weeks ago, only 3 remained. Same with TikTok followers (bought 1K, nearly all unfollowed within three days).

I wish I could give SocialPlug zero stars because this "business" is clearly a scam. Unfortunately, I learned this the hard way by having my money wasted. They lied about delivering “real” engagement retweets, gave me fake bot retweets. Also they promised these will be near instant but even after 3 days, I didn't even get half of the retweets I paid for, that too all from bots. When I asked for refund, they refused. Their support was rude, dismissive, and arrogant, hiding behind shady excuses instead of fixing the problem. They know they’re running a dishonest business and act confident they’ll get away with it (they know loopholes of Visa, Mastercard chargebacks so they know they can scam users). Avoid this website at all costs.

Company does not actually read the tickets, they outsource to non-english speakers with canned responses. Their services do not work or cease to work after one week and you're told there are no accomodations. Goodbye 80 euros. I didn't listen to the reviews here and now I paid the price. Go somewhere else for your needs.

SCAM - super fast when you ask questions before you buy, tell yuou yes to everything. Then you sign up, pay, they disappear, tell you they are "facing some persistent technical issues". If you pay, just know this will be a donation.

It was a "red flag" from the very beginning when I saw that - for just $9.00 - this company offers 1,000 COUNTRY TARGETED video views! But I gave them the benefit of the doubt - BIGGGGGG mistake!!!

Within 10 minutes of them starting my campaign, I checked the YouTube analytics report for my video - and I noticed that the report indicated that the video was maintaining an average view duration of just 15 SECONDS! As the video's view count SKYROCKETED in a matter of MINUTES, the average view duration started to quickly fall; going from the initial report of 15 seconds down to just 6 SECONDS! By the time the campaign was nearing the end of its run, the average view duration had plummeted to a measly one - yes, I said ONE second! That's not even enough time for a viewer to determine whether or not a video is worth watching! A viewer would need SEVERAL seconds just to make that determination!

I had previously purchased country targeted views for this exact same video from a different company just days earlier - and with THEIR service, my video maintained a SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER average view duration ranging from one MINUTE and sixteen seconds to one minute and twenty-one seconds of a possible one minute and twenty-seven second video! For $10.00, THAT company offers just 100 country targeted views - which is a far cry from the 1,000 country targeted views that THIS company offers! But those 100 country targeted views that the previous company offered were from ACTUAL HUMAN BEINGS on YouTube, not from either BOTS or CLICK FARMS. And it is a violation of YouTube's policy to use BOTS or CLICK FARMS to generate video views. Should YouTube's algorithms detect such activity, it could result in a significant drop in video keyword search rankings - and worst case scenario - your channel and account being banned!

So I contacted the company and shared my negative experience with them regarding their service - even attaching SCREENSHOTS of my video's YouTube analytics report - and requested a refund of my $9.00. I also filed a fraud dispute with my bank for that transaction. Within 24 hours, my $9.00 payment was REFUNDED BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD.

Update 23/8/25. Only have 588 subs out of the 1,000 I paid for. It seems to be increasing VERY slowly. Very tedious and frustrating process just to get subs. I won’t buy subs from them again unless they can 100% promise the subs won’t disappear. Still don’t recommend as communication / customer support has stopped completely too. Haven’t had any updates.

Very sad and disappointed. Had over 1,500 YouTube subs (paid just over £15 for 1,000) two days later, only have 152! What’s going on? Why have they disappeared 🤷🏼‍♀️😑
They already refilled my subs once as it dropped by 200 but now it’s only 152 and unless they fix this, I won’t use them again.

I don’t recommend you use this because if you pay for something you’re gonna end up losing it like I am now I paid for 4 different videos likes and they removing my likes on all 4 videos and they are refusing to give me my refund or refill my likes
