I ordered 3 charms for my wife and couple of weeks before Christmas, I paid the extra shipping to get it within a few days, it is now 6th Feb and no sign of my charms, I never even received an email confirming my purchase. AVOID THIS COMPANY I will be sticking to Pandora as I have never had a single issue all the years I have been buying from them.

Ordered charms for christmas they turned up to late.
Sent back at a cost of 20 pounds am still waiting for a refund.
Have emailed about 10 times no answer scammers

I typed in pandora sale placed an order but didn't realise until the payment was taken it was Pangama Jewerly. I have contacted them to return the fake items for a full refund but have meant resistance. They are still to send a returns label and are ignoring my emails. Others beware

0* not 1*. Company is an absolute joke. Like many, this was an accidental order, thinking it was pandora. Searched pandora charms, went straight to their website, very similar logo and themes etc. Items look nice online but are absolutely awful cheap dull crap in person, which is mental because its not even that cheap. Very overpriced for crap from china. They ignore emails and when they reply, its the same automated response to everything you say. Also returns is to bloody China!!! £16 postage for some crap item, they wont refund the postage and are just ignoring emails for over 2 weeks now. Naming and shaming them everywhere because company's like this are a joke. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered from them, which I thought I’d gone on to Pandora! It was for Christmas, package did not arrive. I contacted them and said I no longer wanted the item as would arrive too late, but they sent it anyway!! I have returned it, which was more complicated than I anticipated, and had to fork out £15 for the postage as they would not cover it, even after I had said cancel the order!!! Steer clear, not worth the money or the hassle!!

The charms are not up to standard, returned items to Pangama Jewelry in China. Gave them the tracking number. After a month they claim still not to have received the return and I am still waiting on a refund that will probably never come my way.

Do not order from this site!!!

My bf ordered on 15th dec 2025 for a Christmas present. I started chasing them for an update on 15th January. Was told to get in touch with “relay” which is their delivery used. They never responded! After asking for a refund 3 times, I get ignored by pangama and just kept getting the same generic email back. Now they’ve resent the order which I didn’t want. With a new delivery company! A week later I’m still here without my order and no updates from the delivery company!

Oh was offered a poxy 20% off next time I order for the inconvenience! Sorry I will never order from here again!

It’s fraud that they’ve paid extra to be at the top searches on Google to “hide as Pandora”. I’ve noticed that many people have selected this site assuming it was Pandora!

It totally scam and please Dint use this website .

Ordered some charms as I thought I had clicked on Pandora, as soon as the confirmation email came I contacted them and said I had made a mistake and wished to cancel. I got a response saying apologies but they had already been shipped (in seconds!!) , they informed me as soon as i receive the goods i could return them, however i didnt think they were coming from CHINA! I returned them using royal mail tracking early december and as of the 11th December they are still being held in customs awaiting release and instructions from Pangama. I have emailed them numerous times and get the same response back all the time, will I ever get my £50 refund back !!

This was a huge mistake!!! I thought I was ordering from pandora until i seen the confirmation email weeks later. I never received the item. The tracking information said it was delivered. I have tried calling and emailing with no luck on resolving this. I am very disappointed 😞

I wish I could leave zero stars! My husband bought my daughter and I charms for our pandora bracelets. We never received them. When we contacted the carrier that was delivering our order there was an issue. We fixed the issue that was on there end. The carrier told us that they weren't going to send it out after contacting them on multiple occasions. The carrier company told us to contact pangama for a refund. They refuse to give us a refund! I will be contacting my bank to claim fraud as we never received our order! DON'T ORDER FROM THEM! BAD BUSINESS!!!

I ordered from this company items took over a month to get to me , I thought I was ordering from Pandora because the site shows up first when you search Pandora tried to cancel order within 5 minutes of placing it but was told it had already been shipped, sent back to them without opening the package it has been sitting in China customs for over a month and the company will not help buy providing a copy of original purchase so the item can be returned to them ,they have stopped answering my emails, do not buy from THIS COMPANY I have lost over $130 AU dollars and no item to show for it

Items arrived 2 weeks after their estimated delivery date and I then discovered they were from China which was not made clear on the site. Returns are proving extremely problematic, postoffice made it clear parcels sent to this supplier had a habit of "not arriving" and refunds not issued. Dodgy company, do not use.

My husband ordered this by mistake thinking it was another company ordered before xmas but did not arrive until 13th January, nice item and fits my bracelet, would not order from this company again.

I'm not sure how I ended up on this site as I clicked on an ad saying Pandora clearance sale. I placed my order and didn't notice until the next day that the PayPal invoice said Pangama. Thought maybe it was a branch outlet. On the upside my order arrived within a couple of weeks. If you're expecting Pandora quality you will be seriously disappointed and frankly for the price ( even on clearance) IMO they are way overpriced. I do have a costume jewelery Christmas bracelet that I wear to work so these will be going on that. So not a total loss for me but I will not be ordering again from this company. Cannot in good conscience recommend.

Not received the order tried to get hold of Pangama have no email address- I have looked on tracking and it says reached the uk on the 6/1/26 nothing since and it is now the 15/1/26 I will not be buying anything from this company again.

They are using photographs from the Pandora website

I ordered by mistake n cancelled the order within 10 minutes, they said they have cancelled my order n refunded my account but can not see any money in my account, not even pending.
I keep emailing and all the say is same generic thing that money in account and trying to blame my bank.
Will be taking this matter further on social media if I do not receive my refund.
Very disappointed n upset.

What a terrible experience from start to finish. Ordered some charms accidently - I thought I was on a reputable company's site but somehow got routed to Pangama and I didn't notice (my fault). Tried to cancel the order almost immediately (as soon as I realised that I had been scammed) but was told that 15mins had elapsed! Items never arrived as they were lost in transit but instead of providing my refund they sent the items again despite me repeatedly telling them I would be returning the order. Literally the worst customer service have ever seen. it took 6 weeks to receive the package. I never opened the package and have now sent it back.

Bought a charm bracelet for my wife for Christmas, it was broken when she opened it because it was over the 30 days I can’t return it for a replacement or get it fixed all I got was the same copy and pasted reply telling me to buy another avoid this company like the plague
