I want my money back now! They literally scammed me even payed extra for delivery too and still didn’t turn up I ordered this thinking it was pandora and I got tricked even typed in Pandora and turns out it’s sent from china so how can something get from china to the uk in 3 -10 days, I’m taking it to court if my items are not here

Accidentally bought, i wouldve refunded but they told me they cannot refund the order. do not buy took over 2 weeks to arrive and once the charm arrived a stone fell out of it within 2 hours. Contacted customer service about the issue and I havent had a reply. Please dont waste your money.

Ordering from Pangama was obviously my fault. I searched Pandora like I do every year to add charms to my girls brackets for Christmas. I clicked on the first link not paying attention. I placed an order. Two weeks went by and I thought Pandora delivers quickly, where is my order. I search and it's actually Pangama. Ok, cool, let's go with it. Another 8 days go by, my order finally arriving Christmas eve. The charms are so small, they won't fit on their brackets. I can't even see what the designs are let alone the stones that are in them. I'm so disappointed.

Everything you read negative about them is true. To be fair I blame myself partly for not paying enough attention. Long story short. Ordered from them on Cyber Monday Dec 1st. I googled looking for Pandora and mistakenly ordered from them. Because im assuming they paid to be the top result. I realized my mistake within 30 mins. But it would not let me cancel at that point. There policy states I have to recieve the item and return them to cancel the order and get a refund.

What they also dont tell you is they are based over seas. From what I could find Bulgaria. But, I know my order was shipped from China. This means long time shipping. Maybe its not so bad out side of the Holiday season. But, absolutely do not order after November. You will not get your items for Xmas which is where im at. The costumer service is trash and exclusively done through email. Im assuming because of it being a foreign entity and not speaking English.

Im very upset that there deceptive practices have ruined my Christmas because I have nothing to give my wife now.

Just a word of warning, this is not a US or a UK company. The jewellery ships from China. It takes up to three weeks for delivery. I ordered some charms for my wife for her charm bracelet as a stocking-filler over two weeks before Christmas. At checkout, it was stated delivery would be in 7-11 working days. Well, it was Christmas Eve before the tracking showed the plane only having just left China. I was disappointed as this meant my wife didn't get her stocking-filler until well after Christmas. The company details are represented as being a US company, but this is not the case. When I initially tried to access the Pangama Jewelry website to find contact details to raise a complaint, my Norton Antivirus and web safety software prevented me from accessing it because it is deemed to be a malicious website. I felt scammed and thoroughly depressed. I was not expecting to receive anything.
However, the package was finally delivered on Monday, 29 December. It arrived in a securely packaged box. There was a nice presentation box with the Pangama logo on it. Anyway, on to the charms... well, they are actually quite cute and seem to be just like their pictures on the website. They are not actual gold or silver, but I guess you get what you pay for. However, they fit onto my wife's charm bracelet and she seems to be happy with them. So far, none of the little coloured stones have fallen off and they seem sturdy enough. This is just a firm warning to everyone who thinks you are getting a cheaper alternative to Pandora or similar products, that these are not quite the same. I don't understand how Google allowed Pangama to get their products to list first on searches when you are searching for Pandora products.

Do not go near this company, they have no intention of honouring purchases, Chinese con merchants, stay well clear!

Masquerading as pandora. Totally inferior and delivered takes ages

Ordered in error, was half asleep and googled Pandora and got this. Emailed straight away to cancel and was no told but I could return. Have emailed twice to instigate return process and no response. T&Cs say if you reach out to them straight away you can cancel as well. Would avoid

Ordered on the 14th of December, label created next day nothing since. Contacted my bank and refunded. Avoid this absolute scam of a company.

Do not, under any circumstances, order from Pangama. They are crooks and shysters. Their customer complaints department sends out response which are worded the same every time..."Our team is investigating and we'll get back to you in 24 to 48 hrs" They don't get back to you. It is a scam site!

Like many others I got mislead into thinking it was Pandora! Very disappointed as cost more then Pandora lol! It’s just a drop shipping company from china. Paid express delivery were not 11 days in and don’t even think it’s on a “plane” yet, likely not in time for Christmas. What a load of shites.

I just read a review that I could have written. I thought I was ordering from Pandora but after I made the nearly $100 Purchase my confirmation came from Pangama . Somehow it tricked me into making a purchase thinking I was buying Pandora.Now every time I try to track my order or even go to the website I cannot get through. I made my purchase on 12/11. I can’t track it. I have no idea when or if I am ever getting it. This is so wrong!!!

Avoid this company I really like to support business but this one it's been almost 1 month paid for express delivery its is supposed to be a christmas gift we two days away and am still waiting tracking is saying on a truck who's truck I don't know so disappointed 😔

Trash just complete trash. I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy. If you decide to work with them good luck

I mistakenly placed an order on this site thinking it was Pandora. I placed my order on December 4, and as of December 22, I still have not received it.

I received an email stating that my order had shipped; however, the tracking number provided does not work and shows no shipment information at all. At this point, I have no way of knowing whether my order was ever shipped
This purchase was intended to be a Christmas gift for my daughter, and I am now very concerned that I will neither receive the product nor be issued a refund. After reviewing other customer feedback, I see similar complaints, and the responses from the company do not provide any meaningful resolution.

I am requesting either immediate delivery of my order with valid tracking information or a full refund.

Please do not use, the wrong items arrived and look like they came out of a Christmas cracker, I thought i was on pandora website , this site should be taken done immediately

Wait is so long didn't arrive after 5 weeks

I too like all of you was thinking this website was pandora. I’ve ordered a charm and earrings for my girlfriend for Xmas about 9 days ago. I’ll come back to tell you if they come or not .. this company is a hoax

Always read reviews! ***WARNING*** this is a fraudulent Chinese company. The company is not British as described. They have multiple cases of fraud pending against them. The company has been reported to Action Fraud multiple time. Payments are immediately taken and customers do not receive their orders. The company has not replied to the legal investigation.

Would give less than 1 star if I could.
Ordered over £100 worth of jewellery at the start of December thinking it was shipping from the UK. On 9th December I received a shipping number for a chinese courier (company says it’s American, clearly they’re not). I sent an email on the 17th asking if they could track the items. Got an automated “we’ll be in touch in 24-48 hours” email the next day and then an email this morning to say an item is no longer in stock and they will replace it.
Odd considering they apparently shipped it on the 9th.
Popped into my bank this morning and they said to raise a dispute and it wasn't right as they only give 15minutes after ordering to cancel the order.
Clearly a scam company and my bank refunded me in an hour.
Wish I’d read the reviews on here first and not on their website.
They looked legit too and they had some lovely choices.
Feel like such a fool being scammed this close to christmas. Glad i could get the money back and do a proper order with Pandora and it will be here in 2 days.
