Made an order on December 11, 2025. Nothing. Emailed over 10 times for them to keep saying the same thing. This company will be shut down and taking to jail for playing with people funding. Where is my order? Matter fact see you all in court.

Beyond garbage , still waiting 7 weeks later for shipment from China. The website fools you that it’s a domestic supplier. Buy at your own risk.

Still haven't received order that was placed on December 2nd. And when provided with tracking number, it won't work. Google can't open tracking information because it says that pangama isn't a trusted site. Very disappointed

When searching Pandora, I clicked on Pangama jewellery as I was in a rush. It looks liked Pandora and their website is very much marketed to look like Pandora. I ordered in a rush, and realised what I had done a few hours later by which time they had not yet processed my order. It had not been dispatched or confirmed, and the payment not yet cleared. They would not cancel my order and advise they will refund when I receive it, however their refund policy does not refund personalised goods. I would steer clear, any decent company would cancel the order if it was a mistake. Fact is I would have considered their jewellery for myself had I had a better experience. This was a present and I needed Pandora. Very disappointed with myself for being duped.

Like many I ordered from this website thinking it was Pandora. I immediately tried to cancel but received a fairly prompt email saying that if I wasn't happy with the products I could return them. I was really worried that I had been scammed and from the other reviews i was afraid that the items would arrive being poorly made or not arrive at all. My parcel landed today and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! The charms I ordered feel weighty, they are stamped as sterling silver and appear to be just that. One of the charms I got was a roller skate with some colour on it and it is so cute, very well made and a great size. It looks similar to me as other novelty pandora charms my daughter has (although i couldn't find anything similar on the pandora website itself). I also got two clips charms and they appear to open and close securely although I haven't tried them on the bracelet itself yet as they are a gift. They did arrive in a lovely gift box, only one despite me ordering several charms but actually I had a similar experience with pandora when i order off them before so maybe its standard to to just recieve one gift box, it might be a point for the sellers to make that clearer at checkout. Delivery takes a bit of time, mine took 3 weeks exactly to the day so that's als9 something to bear in mind.
Anyway if ,like me you arrive here to read reviews after making a mistake ordering, my advice is to not panic and hold judgement til it actually arrives! I was pleasantly surprised.

No free returns and I cancelled same day. Arrived late, poor quality and only 1 box for 3 items. AVOID

I order online all the time and never have a problem. I have a 15-year-old daughter so as you can imagine she is online ordering things every time I turn around. Very rarely do I have a problem, but if I ever do, it’s usually handled professionally. I ordered a charm from this company and paid extra for it to be here in about nine days what I was told. Now they’re saying nine days after the seven day processing. Anywhere else you order if it says nine days it means nine days. Not nine days after they finish getting the product ready and mail it out from wherever they’re mailing it from. Why tell me it’s gonna be here in nine days when they know there’s not a chance of that happening and have me pay extra money if you asked me that’s fraud. And then I emailed them and tell them I will not be at home because I had planned on taking it with me to go visit family for Christmas. And I asked for a solution to leave it at the post office or whatever until I can get back and pick it up. And they ignored that and basically told me it’s because of the seven day processing is why it’s late and it’s on its way. So now I guess I’m supposed to not go on my vacation to see family so I can be at home to pick it up. They cannot help me out in anyway apparently. So let’s see if I even get this charm is starting to look doubtful. If you’re gonna order anything order straight from Pandora because I never have a problem with them. I will be reporting this company to the better business Bureau as soon as I find out if I’m even gonna get my item. This is definitely not a professional company.

Ordered about 2weeks ago still waiting for delivery to ship from china was meant to be a Christmas gift but that won’t happen now won’t make this mistake again when doing google search

SCAM . Like so many others, searched Pandora, hard to notice difference before it’s too late.
Products by all accounts are cheaply made out of mainland China . IF it arrives I’ll throw away as would be embarrassing to give as gift.
Went to Pandora instead and ordered the genuine article

I purchased a charm from this website based on the advertised “quick delivery.” However, more than two weeks after placing my order, the tracking information still shows the package sitting in China, where the company is based, with no meaningful updates.

The delivery expectations presented at checkout were misleading and did not reflect the actual shipping timeline. I have not received clear communication or a realistic delivery estimate explaining the delay.

If you are considering ordering from this company, be aware that the shipping times may be significantly longer than what is advertised. Transparency around fulfillment and delivery timelines needs improvement.

Edit. It's arrived, and to be fair it looks good for the price. They really do need to work keeping their customers updated and aware of what's happening, particularly as it took weeks to come.

Like a lot of people, I was rushing with only 5 mins to spare and ordered from Pangama by mistake instead of Pandora. My mistake, big mistake. Nearly 3 weeks later and not a sign of an order, nor an update.

I unfortunately brought these thinking they were Pandora. When I contacted via email within an hour of ordering I was told that the order couldn't be stopped but I could return.

The order arrived with NO invoice/information about returns. I have now sent 3 emails without a response and half of the time supposedly allowed has already passed.

I cannot recommend this company and would suggest that if you want Pandora double check before ordering that you're on the correct website!

i place an order December 3 now is December 17 and i still have not received my order i paid it to be ship express and still nothing i request for a refund and still got nothing now i have to call the credit card and file a clam

Believe this site could be scam for Pandora jewelry - it does not look like the Christmas present will arrive at all. Do not trust this pangamajewelry.come website.

If I could, I would put zero stars. My wife was tricked into thinking this was Pandora, which it is not! I have cancelled the order 30 minutes after and was told I have missed the 15-minute window, so now I need to wait for delivery so I can return this Chinese crap.

I searched for Pandora & a page of charms opened, I selected the three charms I wanted they were very slow to arrive so I checked my bank & that was the first time I knew I had ordered from Pangama!! I then went to check reviews & read others that had also fallen for pitfalls!! I ordered daughter charms, cannot read the words they are smaller than expected! No return address on their web site!! Never again will I order without double checking I am ordering from the right shop!! Total scam!!

I was fooled by thinking it was pandora and checked out before I could fix my error. It took 16 days to ship from China which is not disclosed during checkout. The bracelets are shorter than they indicate online. Customer support is slow and AI, repeat the same response for multiple issues. Now I can reach them to complete a return.

This company might claim they don't try to be pandora, but they have paid for advertisement so that they appear at the top of Google when you type in pandora. Many of us have clicked the first link and continued our shopping, they have replied to others that cancellation emails have to be done within 15 minutes. I sent mine within 5 minutes, so if they continue to send out the products without refund then it's another lie and scam by this company. I even paid for the express delivery of £9. I have to wait for the pending payment to clear before I can resolve this with PayPal and my bank to get a refund. Leading to Christmas and I just wasted £85 on junk that I'm going to have to pay even more to send back to china apparently.

It’s very easy to mistake Pangama for Pandora when searching on Google luckily I noticed and requested a refund in the 15 mins timeframe my refund is processing on my revolut app
