Do not buy from this company I typed in Pandora and it took me to this site it's a rip off I couldn't cancel order and have had to return it which has cost me £19 haven't received a refund will keep you posted avoid at all costs

I placed order December 4th it’s now the 15th and I have not received order.
The email sent to me that it shipped with tracking information is not working it doesn’t give me any information. So I don’t know if I’ll ever get my order

Well it’s now Dec 22nd still no order still no one returning my calls and the email support is absolutely no help it just keeps giving you the same answer.
Time to dispute
FYI your customer support doesn’t respond unless you have a different contact all has been useless

Bought an item thinking it was a different website and noticed my mistake straight away and wrote an email explaining so i could cancel my order. it then took them a day to respond just for them to tell me they cannot cancel as all orders are shipped straight away which i find very hard to believe, then i asked for a return label for my item and they told me they do not provide paid return shipping and the return address is in china which would cost me €20 to return i asked for a closer address assuming they had warehouses but i was told that was the only address , then website states 30 day easy returns but i would have to say there is nothing easy about returning anything from this website , i now know why they chose a name close to the company i was trying to buy off , so they can get away with selling cheap chinese jewlery and making it so hard to return that it wouldn’t be worth doing it as most of the refund would be lost with the postage fees definitely do not buy from here.

💯 a scam not 1 good review anywhere.
The sooner they shut you down the better.
Ringing my bank to see it they will help.

I also search for pandora and the website was almost similar thinking was pansora and i use my pandora user and password and went thru lile pandora. Then wont let me cancel my order

Scam. Said they never received my payment or order. Sent me a bunch of spam emails to check out my cart (which I already paid for) as well as a bunch of discounts code emails sent back to back very weird suspiciously worded. When I typed my order confirmation number on their tracking it said no order found. No contact info to call them and ignored my emails asking to cancel the order. I’ve had to reach out to my bank who have given them 21 days to resolve this before they refund my money anyway.

Same as most people - somehow went to this site instead of Pandora. Very deceptive. Charms have arrived. Are pretty enough to look at but light and feel like they will break very soon. Would pay $10 for them but not the $30-40 that I did. Very disappointing

After waiting an age for three charms to arrive from China I've got to say. There not bad. What I didn't like though was the company paying Google to put there site up first when people type in Pandora. Yes I am one of many that didn't look properly. Underhand tactics from Pangama and I'm still left feeling conned!

I also thought I was buying Pandora charms. Very disappointed at wasting my money…. 3 tiny charms that I would be embarrassed to give to my granddaughter. So frustrating.

Very deceptive in that when I did a google search for pandora I was directed to this site. I was not paying attention and started ordering charms. At the time I thought these look pretty but different.

Thankfully I was trying to apply the 2 for 1 code I had from Blue Light which it would not let me apply. that's when I took a closer look and thought "this isn't Pandora" their logo is very similar which is also quite deceptive!

I did not purchase anything, but today I received an email saying hello and that I still have items in my basket. Reviews on Google are pretty bad so i am staying well away

I remember when Sarah from Portland ordered the same combination you have in your cart. She emailed me two weeks later saying "I should have ordered two of everything - I can't stop wearing these pieces!")

I am trying to cancel my order there is no customer service number

I initially thought I purchased from pandora like many others but actually the products arrived today and are actually quite nice. They fit on a pandora bracelet too so that's fantastic. My only criticism is the cancellation process is non existent and returns at your own cost but I would like to put at ease concerns that it's a scam, it's certainly legit just the customer service process needs addressing.

Overall, I'm happy with the product in the end, thanks.

I would 100% rate 0 stars if I could. Shocking quality. Ships from the UK, but if you want to return you're given an address in China to make the cost of returning prohibitive. Total scam. Rubbish product. Website was masked as pandora in a Google search. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Now, tell me that's not a scam. Loads of different countries, for a simple returns procedure.

They claim in their reply that their returns policy is transparent. It absolutely isn't. It does not state anywhere that a UK shipped product has to be transported to China to be returned .

I've contacted trading standards about this unclear policy, and scam organisation. Especially as they never bothered to reply to my email.

Update: After failing to have this review removed, they have stated I've added personal information (the China address) to my review. This is not personal information, and is supposed to be a business address for returns. So which is it Pangama? A scam address to prevent legitimate returns, or an actual business address (in which case, why are you petitioning to have it removed from my review?).

I've been invited to contact their customer support to resolve this, but I already have and have been ignored, after receiving the above address in China to return to.

I repeat. AVOID at all costs, unless you want to lose your money

Almost 3 weeks to get here.
Looked flimsy and cheap....turns out it was as it broke within 30secs of being out of the box!

Unfortunately I hadn’t read the reviews and ordered a charm for my granddaughter’s birthday.
Like others I had huge delivery problems ( over a week late ) and great difficulty in cancelling the order and making a return.
My advice would be don’t go anywhere near this company.

Would happily give minus 4 stars. They have set themselves up to look like pandora. I tried to cancel my order after 30 mintues. They say you only have 15 mins. There is no way they have received my order printed the picture and despatched the order in 15 minutes. If they pick orders in 15 minutes why does it take 5 days to deliver?.
Never mind I will be asking my bank to reverse the charge as its under £50 you automatically insured from this type of company. Stay well clear

0 stars ! Like a lot of people here I was scammed into thinking it was Pandora that I was ordering. I won't buy online anymore . If it sounds too good to be true it probably is.
In the future I'll just go to the actual shop .

Comes up when searching Pandora, tried to cancel but won’t allow as over 15 mins , was less than an hour, consumer protection laws allow me to change my mind so why not let me cancel and get my money back to order the correct product

Pangama is NOT Pandora but in my search for Pandora Pangama came up looking as if it was Pandora so I ordered through them. Delivery slow and they are not a UK company and the quality is inferior to Pandora. I feel cheated. If you want the genuine Pandora be careful
