Not refunding & not replying to my emails
I got an earbuds "smartpods pro" in 2020 from this site & after realizing that it is a wrong order ( the name, shape & packaging is too similar to apple airpods pro & was offered in a same price level), I returned it to them unboxed within 14 days of receiving.
After more that 10 times follow up, they didn't refund my money and even don't answer my emails.
I sent all receiving & returning receipts for them but no answer.

However Dao tried to deliver Your package the day after You placed Your order. unfourtunately the door to Your ascent was locked and therefore unable to deliver the package.
In the mean time, we have placed a search on the order, because the package stille hasn't been delivered to a extraction shop.

Smaller error on their mobile website which keeps putting in 2x of your order which it couldn't change ended up ordering from the pc
I bought a magnetic protective case for my Samsung galaxy s20 plus where the other cases I had seen prior literally had a hole for the finger print which made it extremely uncomfortable to type on and use
Their case used some sort of glue?
Not sure if it works but the nature of me getting this case is so I can take it on and off which the glue gets full of cat hair and other stuff instantly (so I simply removed it )
The delivery was by a company I had never heard of, but came within a day at 4.30 in the morning bit weird but overall was my shopping experience positive and the product does what I desire.

Good delivery, mediocre product.
The service of the company is exceptional but the I had expected a better quality of the product at the price I am paying. For particularly one plus 7 cover, the cover provided literally no security for the back camera.
