Horrible experience. I have purchased a product that was clearly described as "Apple Product" but was most certainly not. The USB-C didn't even fit into my Macbook Pro. I sent it back just for them to claim that it's broken (that's exactly why I sent it back!?). They did not refund any money and I had to cover the shipping fee. That's just a scam at this point. That's 500 kr down the toilet.

Scamming webshop. Got conteirfeit charger. Fake positive reviews here
I have bought Ipad Charger from the seller, which was described as original Apple product. W have received fake/counterfeit copy of the charger. On the next day after I received it, I contacted them through email to let them know that I got fake one. Right after my email they changed the product description on their webshop to "Original compatible quality" They didnt want to respect the 14 days return window, so I couldnt get any refund.I have made cases in several institutions - police, forbrugradet etc.
99% of the postive reviews are left from accounts with no previous reviews, the seller just makes fake profiles to leave positive reviews. Check the negative reviews first, before buying. It is horrible scammer.
I HAVE MADE CASE IN EMAERKET. DK.
If you have an issue with this crook, write to them and they will take an action.

Order cancellation without full refund
I placed an order for a mobile phone case. Less than an hour later I cancel it by email. 15 days later, after much insistence, I get my money back except for the shipping costs. They cancelled the shipment and the package was never sent but they insist that they had already paid for it so I don't get that money back. I notified them less than an hour later to cancel!
That sounds like loan sharking to me.
And I can't put the order ID because I never received an order confirmation email with that information.
By the way, I see that this company cares more about its "good" image on this website than about providing good customer service.
