We re on the semi-dedicated server. Our high traffic eshops were down for 11 hours straight. No communication was allowed by phone chat or tickets. I guess because it was after 9 at night? Last time it was 4 hours during peak day hours as well. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I've tried few shared hosting packages. Only the proffesional shared hosting package are really fast. The cheaper packages have speed differencies. The first year the price is very competitive but when you have to renew the price is much more expensive so it is not still competitive. The support is quite good, not perfect, they have "bad days" and they seem not ready for those bad days. In total they offer quite good services, medium to good value for money but quite good reliability.

i am trying to transfer my domain but i cant because papaki every time i tried it says this We are sorry, Papaki is under maintenance and some operations cannot be completed at the time. Please contact the Support Department for more information.
and when you try to contact them they never write back it is a complete scam do not buy i fell into a scam like many others.

I have been using "papaki.com" services for many years and I am very pleased with the reasonable prices and very good service.

Locked out of my account because 2 step authentication does not work (I do not receive the SMS) and they want affidavit from gov.gr to turn the authentication off... how can you get more bureucratic than this????

They have auto renewal enabled by default and the UI to disable it is cleverly tucked away. They refuse to issue any refunds.

Whenever I needed them, they were there, either it was a phone call or a chat, always providing the right solution! They are fast and effective!

They charged my card illegally without my authorization.

I have over 30 domains registered with Papaki.com and I am enjoying some decent discounts.

As a domain name registrar it is a good company since it is one of the largest in Greece.

But...

Recently they revamped just their main site and left their control panel with the same look and feel since 2005 (I don't know the year exactly).

What I do know is that as of 2023 there is no mobile friendly control panel, nor a mobile app and no plan of providing one.

They have also developed new tools for marketing (Pixida) and digital invoicing (Oxygen) but, for me, not providing a solid mobile experience for their control panel is a great disservice to their old as well as their new clients.

What happened to "mobile first" guys? Not interested because your control panel is not indexed by search engines or maybe you don't have enough money to invest for this?
