After my ordeal with GoDaddy I needed a good reliable and fast ISP. I had a company account I do a site for on Papaki and it was good, so I made the leap for my own site. One day later, after leaving GoDaddy I was up and running, and all the issues I had were gone!!

Looking for a Domainprovider with eceptional service and professional support? papaki.gr was my way to save a lot of stress and money
It has been over a year now that I'm provided by papaki.gr.
The first time there was an issue was just recently and it was fixed within acceptable time. There might have been a couple of other issues but nothing that made my sites unavailable.
Papaki.gr literally glows with their great support, low prices and a very efficient Costumer-Bonus. I currently have 18 Domains with them. Some of them used with Free-DNS-Service. This Service allows me to have all my domains (no matter where my clients bought them) at papaki.gr to be managed.
The main reason why I choosed and sticked at papaki was their control panel for both regular Domainservice and the Free-DNS-Service.
The panel is very easy to handle and you need only a couple of minutes to setup your domain (in my experience adding a subdomain only takes a couple of minutes with TLD 1 hour)
Papaki's Support and Helpline are very friendly, professional and answer request in a very short time.
Recently they have implemented an active chat so customer and support can talk actively when they have problem.
I am happy to be their customer and as far as I can say, I will be purchasing their service for another long period.
