Amazing company! After my usual card supplier starting messing me about I came across papercutz and it was definitely for the better, they found the right card match for my business and easily accessible by email or phone with friendly staff.

I came across this website a while back and can honestly say I am so happy , I re came back and ordered time and time again, they pack there cardstock so well into strong boxes and I've never had any bent corners at all there card is clean smooth and well cut into 12x12 card which i use a lot it cuts brilliant on a cricut machine..there customer service is also outstanding I've never had an issue at all (I cannot understand other comments on here saying there are rude becuase every time I've rang to ask a question I'm always met with happy .cheerful staff who are polite and helpful . I honestly cannot find one fault with this company I will for a long time always come back and purchase and there is so much card to choose all colours are bright and cut well into the 12x12 I needed. this company is a 10 stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Website doesn't reflect stock, I had to chase the order after a week (delivery was meant to be 1-2 days) because they blatantly ignored all my emails, finally I called them - to be told everything was out of stock or discontinued.

Asked for a refund, was told yes (well, that's your choice!) and eventually not given because they sent all items 2.5 weeks late, after me buying replacements elsewhere.

The customer service is shocking, I've used this company to supply my school for 2 years and never will again. Maybe the management has changed, I don't know. Very disappointed.

Very pleased with the assorted card I ordered and received today. Well packaged and arrived quickly. Excellent quality and perfect for my cardmaking. Extremely helpful and queries dealt with speedily. Will buy from again.

Papercutz are simply amazing! High quality, speed of service and extremely responsive to enquiries. I’ve been purchasing my cream coloured paper and grey board from them for quite some time that I use to make my handmade memory and guest books and I’ve just started using their white card also for the books pages. I’ve always been very impressed with them! The quality is the most important thing but I also very much appreciate how much they value their customers! 10 stars from a very happy frequent customer :)

Product not as described on website; permanent stickers are apparently not permanent after all, even if sold as permanent, be warned!

Next day service does not mean next day service.

2 orders placed, 2 orders I am still waiting for... 1 a week after it was ordered on a next day service, the 2nd 3 days after it should have been delivered. I still have neither order.
Sales person feels it is out of their hands and nothing to do with them. No refund offered on premium paid for next day service - "it says non refundable on the website". I was also told that Next Day is Not Guaranteed... even though it is sold as a next day service.

Such poor service.

Superb Customer Care and Extremely Fast Dispatch and Delivery!

Received my A5 300 GSM Gloss Laser Photo Paper from Paper Cutz, the quality card stock looks perfect in brilliant white. (The Gloss card stock photo paper - looks more like a silk or satin type finish to me, this is probably due to being Laser compatible)

I'm still yet to reserve judgement on the quality of print as I haven't yet printed onto the Gloss paper. I will give my feedback and thoughts once used.

I first came across Papercutz when my usual supplier changed hands and stopped stocking everything I needed. The staff at Papercutz have never been anything but helpful towards me and my company. They phone to let me know if an item I've ordered isn't in stock and if they realise I have ordered double sided card instead of single - as they know me so well now! They certainly ensured my company not only made it through the pandemic times, but flourished. Every order is dispatched very quickly and is always accurate and well packed. Can't thank Papercutz enough for the job they do.

Not guaranteed next day delivery, customer support unhelpful stating it was out of their hands. Avoid.

Hard to know even where to begin. I've never dealt with a more unprofessional individual in business than Andy. Lets not focus on the fact that he swears like a sailor in normal conversation which in itself is incredibly unprofessional, I'll just focus on todays incident. I ordered a3 greyboard and paid an extra £25 for next day delivery, when it hadn't arrived I called Andy to chase it up , Andy then informed me that ' they haven't f*ing sent it mate, f*cks sake'
I then tried to dig a little deeper and find out what the issue was that stopped it from being sent, Andy very politely informed me that 'someone in the warehouse has f*cked up mate'. I then informed Andy that I had a 3 day promotion booked at a very busy shopping centre and the greyboard was essential for it , if I didn't get it I couldn't do the promotion and I'd be out hundreds of pounds , Andy just said ' aye its sh* t mate, just one of those f*ing things'
The best bit of the conversation however was when Andy blamed me for the whole situation, now what I am about to write is not a typing error , this genuinely happened. Andy said ' You shouldn't be relying on so many people for your greyboard', now this definitely was not the response i was expecting so when i asked Andy to clarify what he meant he said the following ( this bit is fantastic) ' You shouldn't be relying on me to send the greyboard, you are relying on me to take your order , you are relying on the warehouse staff to print off the greyboard, you are relying on the DPD driver to deliver it and you are relying on the AIRPLANE DRIVER to fly it over ' Yes you read that correctly , Andy calls Pilots AIRPLANE DRIVERS . So even though I paid for the greyboard and paid the extra £25 delivery charge for next day to Northern Ireland Andy said that I shouldn't have used his company for it , I'll type that again so there is no misunderstanding, Despite advertising that Papercutz sell greyboard and offer next day delivery Andy, who is a company director for them by the way, said that i shouldn't have used them in the first place. What a world!!

I have always been treated very well by this company. goods have arrived on time. the prices are a little higher than others, but the service is good. Thank you all. Can not remember the date of order

Just placed my first order with Paper Cutz and was amazed to receive notification 90 minutes later of its dispatch. Really impressed with the range of paper and card offered: it's stuff you can't easily get elsewhere and the prices seem really competitive. Impressed.

I needed card quickly as my other supplier didn't have express delivery. I have never used this shop before, many others I have used end up arriving with the card damaged but took the chance with this one. It arrived packed well with card wrapped in bubble wrap so care was taken in keeping the card protected. The card I ordered was the right thickness unlike some other suppliers I have used and very good quality. Will bookmark this shop for the future.
