The experience was great from the beginning! I had a query once I had already ordered and I had sent an email, only to receive an email in response almost immediately! The email was so helpful and I had a sense that I was being looked after - something that you don’t usually experience. As a result, I have spread the word and I have two further customers who have already, or are in the process of ordering the lovely books! I will most certainly be ordering in the future!
The only concern I did have, was my request that the package was hidden out of view, only to find on my return from work, that the package was exposed and in full view on the front step by the door. Other than that, I look forward to purchasing many more books! Thank you!

The name on the cover and book inside were different... Most disappointed.
