Contact with sales staff was very good. Friendly, responsive, reliable. Problem was that goods were not in stock and that supply from the manufacturer was late and unreliable.

I ordered some PVC weld rod in 2kg coils when they got delivered one of the coils was damaged. I got a replacement sent out straight away FOC. Great customer service.

Thank you for your review; I am sorry you feel that the service has been inadequate so far.
After reviewing, I can see the order was placed on August 30th. We attempted to ship these goods on the same day, but we missed the cutoff before the weekend. Goods could not be shipped on the 31st of August or the 1st of September as we are closed on weekends.
As we picked it back up on Monday, September 2nd, the courier incorrectly determined that the order required further information from you before shipping. I apologise on behalf of the courier for this inconvenience, which delayed the despatch. Goods are now being despatched today, September 4th.
Throughout this, I can see that Helena emailed you once on the 2nd with a question and again today on the 4th to confirm despatch, whilst also thanking you for your patience.
I hope that the goods arrive to you without issue and in good order, and that things run a little smoother should you order again in future.
