The chair is ok but the materials are not the best. The arm rests feel fragile, and poor quality.
The whole chair squeaks quite loudly after a week of use, which is frustrating.
Would maybe spend a bit more in a more premium chair if I knew all these before.

My boys are very happy with paracon chairs, I bought one last year for my older one and it's still like new, now got another one for my younger and he's happy with it as well.
Other gaming chairs we purchased before paracon (double the price🤦🏼‍♀️) didn't last as long as these ones.

I was reluctant at first to write a review, but my hopes that it could be a good chair for a good price went away.
For the first 2 months the chair performed very well, but after that some wheels broke (it was suppose to support more then 100 kg and I am not close to that).
After contacting the customer support for the first time they sent me 5 new wheels that I replaced and thought the problem was solved.
2 months later, the same problem. Wheels broken and a arm rest fell due a screws that came out.
I called again customer service and was told that I am using the chair incorrectly (I use it above a levelled laminated floor) and they could send it to me only 2 wheels.
All I asked was a set of stronger wheels to avoid having this problem (and I am not the first person to have this sort of problem with them).
Now, few months after having this chair I squeaky chair with broken wheels.
If only I could go back in time and spend a little bito more to buy a better chair.

I got the Paracon Knight PRO, and i must say vompared to my last chair (which wasnt very good) it is FANTASTIC. The setup was a bit difficult for me, but it only has to be done once. Everything about the chair is great, however, i would like it the arm rests were a bit more sturdy. Other than that it is great, and their customer service was timely and useful, would highly reccomend.

Bought this microphone arm, for my work, where I need to hold an iPad pro (13 inch), so I was hoping that it would take the weight of the ipad attached to the heavy-duty iPad clamp-style holder.
I'm very happy with the product. Quality build and a nice modern design including cable management capability. Recommended!

Amazing chair for a very affordable price. I was looking all over amazon and others websites. Until I found Paracon. I dont know much about gaming chair but many of my friends told me this was a good brand. And I can confirm it is !

Really easy to order and delivered on time. Chair is amazing my son loves it and the colour is fabulous.

Communication was excellent, packaging was ok, but some of the screws had come out of their box and were loose in the main package so could easily have been lost, hence only a 4 star review. Tracking of parcel from despatch to delivery was easy through the GLS website using the tracking number provided. Item was delivered on time, 5 days from Denmark to Ireland. Quality seems very good, chair is sturdy and well made, assembly is easy. Would certainly recommend the company and the chairs.
