I bought a desk and 2 chairs. Everything arrived as expected and was packed well. Everything was reasonably easy to assemble. No issues with parts missing or broken. Quality is good for the price so couldn’t fault the experience.

Great product - fast delivery!

My son really likes his new gaming chair. It looks cool and he says it's great sitting in, great support and comfortable. It's only been 3 days since it came but so far so good.
Easy assembly - a bit easier if you have your own tools, but the provided allenkey/ screwdriver does the work.
The delivery was fast and right on time. For now 4 stars 🤩. Thanks

Not worth the money
I bought it 2 years ago, and already 6 months in the chair cant hold me while leaning back, it keeps going 180 degrees down, so i cant lay at 45 degrees angle. i only weight 65 kg.

I am very satisfied with this chair. It arrived on time (4 days).
My experience with this seller was vary positive.
communication was clean and quick.

Bought the Paracon rogue as it stood out to me when I was looking for a gaming chair,great price and very easy to assemble.its very comfortable with a fairly deep seat.ordered last Thursday night and delivered today so very fast shipping.

This was not a brand that I was familiar with but having compared them to a lot of other similar products, their price point was good and the product was exactly what I was looking for.
Transaction was smooth, communication was good, shipping was fast and assembly of the desk was easy enough.
The desk itself is very solid. I bought the Riser and the raise and lower functions are very smooth and quiet. The motor seems of good quality and there's no shaking of the monitor etc as the desktop rises.
Very happy with Paracon and will shop with them again.

The only reason i am giving it 4 stars is because i recieved the wrong legs of the chair and 1 of the pieces came broken,
After emailing them,
they immidietly sent me the correct part and a replacement part for the piece that was broken,
Their communication is excellent!

Placed an order last week and my chair arrived 4 days later. Easy to assemble and comfortable. My only issue is that, as others have said, the standard wheels are very poor. Other than that, I can't fault it so far.
