Twice I’ve ordered with this company…

Twice I’ve ordered with this company and every time there’s been issues with my orders and communication, first order was ‘lost’ and was subsequently replaced, each order I’ve been given a Royal Mail tracking number when entered doesn’t exist. Same with my latest order which has not arrived and they are not responding to emails and call just rings out. I’ve now paused any further Klarna payments so let’s see if I get a response-will not be ordering from them again it’s too much hassle UPDATE only 1 item has arrived 8/4 still one outstanding item!

Fantastic company

Fantastic company! Had issues with with the courier used and notified paradiso and the issue was resolved with no quibbles and using a preferred courier. Customer service has been perfect!
