I’ve bought from Paragon previously and had to return the item, it was exchanged after a bit of a ha ha so I was a bit dubious to buy from this firm again.
I’m glad I did the service has imp immensely and the duvet cover is perfect.

Swift, good quality. I went for the Oxford boarder pillow cases.

Excellent service and the coolest smoothest fabric we've ever slept on. We'll be buying more sets soon. Cheapest price for 100% bamboo.

I got a pack of 8 bamboo towels (of different sizes). First I wish you could buy individual towels to try them out, but there’s only packs of two minimum. The towels dry well, but they are very thin and look cheap. They are made in China, which is not great for environmental costs. Overall, they are ok, but not exceptional. Better than Ikea towels though!

Edit: after using the towels for more than a month, I decided to decrease my rating of 1 star because they keep leaving fluff on my skin when I dry myself, and they do not dry very well. I have used bamboo towels before (from Cariloha) and they were much better on all fronts, unfortunately they do not exist in the UK.

I’ve purchased MANY bedding sets from Paragon Bamboo. This last set was a big disappointment. I have a new super king bed and unfortunately, because I HAVE ordered so many, I didn’t check to see how it measured with the mattress and duvet. It’s about 4-5 inches off on both. But as I’ve used them, I’m out of luck to return. Didn’t even ask. So do yourself a favour and measure the bedding BEFORE YOU PUT THEN ON and by all means before you sleep on them. Take photos and request another set. You’ll be glad you did!

Great bamboo sheets. Feel like I am sleeping in a 5 star hotel bed.

I always buy my towels for my massage business from Paragon. They are so soft, dry quickly, and come in a good range of sizes and colours. They wash really well.
This time I was missing a towel when my order arrived, I emailed and they sent out a replacement straight away.

I love my bamboo sheets.
I have very sensitive skin, and they have a really silky feel.
Very pleased.

Very poor quality and terrible customer service.

I purchased their 'summer' duvet. This is listed as 3-5 tog which should be very light. Unfortunately the quilt itself feels cheap not like other bamboo duvets I have. It is also far too hot to be used as a summer duvet. It was a bit heavier than expected but you can't know how warm something it without using it.

When I asked for a return and refund the 'MD was rude, patronising and unhelpful via email, refusing to refund the product despite it clearly being not as described on the website and not being appropriate for 'summer' despite it being described that way. The excuse was it's hard to know how warm bamboo is. Bizarre.

Buy your bamboo bedding from Panda or another company that values their customers and rectifies problems immediately and with no rudeness when they arise.

The products themselves look great and we are looking forward to using them, thank you. However the packaging we received them in was not very good, which may be partly the courier's fault. The box was damp, damaged and going moldy which may be the courier's problem or perhaps due to reusing an old box (the reusing of boxes is great but not if there's mold). However I was also not very impressed by the amount of plastic tape used which said 'for a greener planet' on. I sent some feedback privately regarding the above and suggesting they use recyclable tape which many eco conscious companies are using now. However I was disappointed not to receive a reply to what I thought was constructive criticism. I spent a good while removing all the tape so that I could recycle it. I think I would have left a better review if my feedback had been acknowledged. I just hope the mold spores haven't transferred to the new duvet.

Best bamboo in my opinion. Ordered the duck egg blue and it is lovely. Will be ordering again soon. These are the words of her indoors, which I fully agree with.

LOVE Paragon Bamboo so many choices in colours, they wash incredibly well without fading! They are soft as silk and luxurious at affordable prices. I've introduced my partner to Paragon and he's also purchased a few sets in varying colours 😀

The bedding is very good quality and a nice texture, but I have allergies and I think cotton is better for me. So unfortunately I had to return the bedding. Please don't let this put anyone off as everyone is different and I'm sure the majority of people would love the bedding.
I found it very easy to return and the customer service was excellent. I contacted them on the phone and they were polite, kind and understanding. I was refunded straight away.
So thank you Paragon Bamboo for your time and courtesy.

Fast service. Good products. I like that the belt for the robe is sewn on meaning you can't loose it.

Amazing bed set!! Supremely soft and the colour was gorgeous! exceeded my expectations.

I bought a pricey bamboo dressing gown / robe from Paragon six months ago.

It started to unravel almost immediately. I contacted the company to give them a chance to explain but got nothing back. I just gave up on it recently and cut it up to make kitchen cloths. By this point it was utterly falling apart.

I don’t believe my robe is bamboo and the quality is awful.

100% Bamboo Bed Set (4 piece)

In colour grey, came in less than 48 hours which I couldn't believe as I ordered it at 11pm at night. Comes in a really nice bag, well packaged, great quality, silky smooth and great to sleep in. I have severe eczema and allergies and so far feels great

Service was great, delivery quick, freebies included and the quality of the duvet excellent, however, we disappointingly found zero cooling benefits with the summer duvet, and in our opinion see it far more suitable as a winter duvet.

Customer support was prompt and quick in offering some information and assistance after we left our initial review. We were also offerer a some help with a future order if needed.

While we do rate Paragonbamboo as a company and their services, we would personally suggest if you’re looking for a cool duvet for summer, to consider an alternative duvet elsewhere that’s lighter, offering better cooling, and at a far lower price.
