I've been a loyal customer for years and recently ordered my fourth set of bedding from this company. Regrettably, this experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied, prompting me to share my concerns publicly.

Upon receiving my order, it was evident that significant changes had been made, namely the sizing of products. The duvet had excess fabric causing it to slide around uncomfortably inside the cover, the pillowcases were excessively large, and the "fitted" sheets no longer fit properly. Additionally, alterations to the zipper and what seemed like a thinner material raised concerns about the overall quality.

What further adds to my disappointment is the contradictory response from the company. Initially, they adamantly denied any changes in the manufacturing process. However, they then admitted to changing the zipper to recycled plastic and increasing the measurements to account for shrinkage during washing at higher temperatures.

This contradiction not only leaves me confused but also questions the transparency and honesty of the company. Moreover, the care instructions on the product explicitly state to wash at a cool 30 degrees. Yet, the company's response seems to suggest washing at a higher temperature to achieve the intended fit, creating further confusion and frustration on my end.

Despite my attempts to seek clarification and resolution through emails, I have received no response from the company for over two weeks. This lack of communication adds to the overall sense of being disregarded as a loyal customer.

As someone who has purchased four full sets of bedding from this company, I expected a more transparent, attentive, and prompt response. The persistent issues with the bedding and the lack of acknowledgment and resolution have led me to share my disappointment publicly.

In conclusion, my recent experience has been marred by contradictory statements, sizing issues, and a lack of customer care. I hope that by sharing my story, others can make informed decisions and be aware of the challenges I've faced with this company.

There is a clear email trail between us. My initial concern.. followed by your reply a few days later (as detailed in my review above) .. followed by a reply from me a few days later, asking for clarification on the contradictions made.. followed by me again 11 days later asking for a response .. followed by me again 5 days later asking for a resonance..

For clarity. I have no junk or spam emails from you. Just the single replay in an email trail between us.

As per my last email response to you, I've given up on this now and lesson learned. I will give the bedding away and move on.

I ordered a bamboo fitted sheet. It arrived in a little bag & is just what I was looking for colour wise. Super soft as seems to be with bamboo bedding & very comfortable to sleep on, you don't get too hot. I'd definitely purchase again.

Bought duvet set and pillow cases.
1. LOVE the material
2. Noted customer comments about duvet slipping (and I confirm) so I bought extra large nappy pins and put then through my duvet and the cover... problem solved... buuuut a better option provided by your company would be useful
3. LOVE the zip on the duvet cover. No duvet cover should ever again be made without one... however... HATE that the pillow cases don't have a zip. They gape terribly so it's a no brainer to add zips to pillow cases please
4. Washed well and whilst it does crease, it's not as excessive as my 400tc Egyptian cotton.

The duvet feels great and I'm very pleased with it. Just wish the packaging didn't have plastic tape on it.

Unfortunately there was issues with their stock management, which lead to the desired colour not being available, then unfortunately the next choice.

But after all that, delivery was swift (next day)
the product is very good, luxurious feel, well presented, and generous sizing.

It certainly feels cool, better than other similar products I have purchased, so overall very happy.

Quilts and linen perfect and delivery prompt and well planned.
But free gifts sometimes work automatically and sometimes have to press something. When it went wrong in my case and being a regular customer. I was surprised they weren’t more thoughtful in their approach.

Ordered bedsheets and duvet.
Got a towel and a pillow gifted with my order.
Returned the duvet and the pillow straight away because duvet was too heavy and pillow didn't seem like a pillow at all (flat and too hard)
I’m fairly neutral about the towel. Is softer than the typical towel but it’s super heavy when wet so I guess it depends on how much the feel of a towel matters to you.
I’m definitely happy about the bedsheets, though, so I’m keeping them. They feel silky, light and breathable. They get a lot of creases but I don't mind as they feel much better than any of my other bedsheets.

An excellent duvet. Arrived in a short few days. Warm but also breathable, haven’t woken up with the night sweats since. I bought the summer tog however it has been warm enough for winter sleeps in the UK.

Bedding is so soft, comfy and superb value. Highly recommend.

Easy to use wwbsite and quick delivery. Bedding excellent, light, just like silk. I like the fact it is compostible at end of use. The free bath towel is also silky soft

I love my Paragon Bamboo sheets. Customer service is excellent. I did not like the colour of the first set but was able to make an exchange with a very swift replacement - and helpful advice from the man who answered their phone. The sheets are lovely, soft and silky. One thing I would add: They need to rename the rather off-putting "Undyed white" colour name. The sheets are, in fact, a gorgeous creamy ivory.

Our bamboo bedding arrived for Christmas and is honestly the most comfortable and wonderful bedding I have ever slept in...
The only problem is when you have to remove it for washing and are deprived for a night! We're thinking of getting another set so we never have to endure this hardship again....

Easy to order, a lot cheaper than some other companies and wow so lovely to sleep on, I have a wool duvet and mattress topper which are just amazing but were being done an injustice by having a cotton sheet and duvet cover. Utterly lovely to sleep on, body temp perfect all night, cold to get into at first as they have a satiny type sheen to them! Will be buying more for the household beds

Easy ordering, prompt delivery, excellent product, meets requirements.

Ordering was easy, the delivery very quick. Having ordered a flat sheet in taupe and grey was disappointed to find that only the taupe one had the large hem that goes at the top of the sheet to turn back. The grey one didn’t so doesn’t look so nice turned back over the duvet. Quality lovely.

Excellent quality and great product for sensitive skin and eczema.

Bamboo "refurbished" pillow via e..y
Bought this pillow and it was awful, 3 lumps of filling but offered free return so sent back. Tracking shows address is inaccessible so have received refund from e..y. I have purchased many items from Paragon but this is shocking behaviour, the pillow was fit for the bin and sadly I will not buy from Paragon again.

Wow! These products are phenomenal. From customer service to the packaging to even the sustainability to the product itself it is impeccable. This is the best products that I have ever bought they are extremely soft and amazing looking and the quality is incredible.

The bamboo throw is excellent quality and a beautiful colour, very happy with it. The only reason for 4 stars is that the updates on delivery time were not detailed, although I ordered over the Christmas period, which may have impacted the delivery service. I would buy from here again.
